having piles problem. there is no bleeding just the pain. i am sure that it is piles.
It specially reacts and pains when i eat spicy specially spicy. It gets swollen and then a bic boil occurs near the anal region. The pain subsides once the boil breaks and the fluid comes out. any medication for the same that i havent to operate??

I think you guys need to get more inventive with how you leave your info for people because the info gets automatically removed from your posts. in the West they simple tend to use lidocaine based cream to temporarily relief pain, usually with paraffin wax or vasiline, some use sharks oil liver extract too, these are just over the counter creams. Good luck...

Sir, I suffering with very old disease of piles many of the times it is intolerable. I have tried many medicines including homeopathic also. but all gives a time being relief and the problems occurs again after some time.
