I took a percocet on Saturday but it probably didn't even equal to a half of one but they were 30's and I have to pee on Monday? And next, no, the tablets with the EMTEC 30 marking contain 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic, but it is not as strong as Percocet. I have been on percocet for the past 6 yrs now at 10 mil x 5 a day and was wondering does anyone find that they have a need for stronger doses over time? Usually the pain Doctors only give them in extreme break through pain. It is stronger then percocet ,low dose oxyIR,& vicodin.Not as strong as the upper doses of OXYCOTIN/40mgs & up. My Dr, has me taking percocet every 4 hours it doens't help that much I have arthritis had 2 hip replacements but still have so much pain. I see my Dr. next week just wanted a second opinion. This may fluxuate a little, depending on what strength you were taking, how long you were taking it, and how often you took it. If you have been taking them and they weren't prescribed to you by your doctor, because you were abusing them or obtaining them in some other manner, I am going to make the assumption that you taking quite a few each day for a prolonged period of time, so on that basis, I could say you should give it 36 to 48 hours, without taking ANY, for it to be out of your system. My husband was prescribed Percocet for pain. When he takes this drug at night, it causes him to wake up every 1 1/2 or so.
