Today I took a generic suboxine tablet under they'd give to get me by until I could fill my Percocet script. I have never taken one before. How long do I need to wait to take one of my pain Meds as I do NOT want to waste them Since I realize suboxine is an opiate blocker? Anything will help :-) ## Hello, LaylaLou! How are you? Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, it's usually about 72 hours. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

If it's In capitals it should b a VA issued Percocet, ,, right? ## Hello, Bodie! How are you? No, that's just the logo the manufacturer uses, the capital letters have nothing to do with the VA or etc. It stands for Time Cap Labs. Additionally, this tablet is not Percocet, or a generic for it. This is actually an over the counter product that is a generic for Excedrin. It contains 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin and 60mgs of Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat migraines. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, nervousness and insomnia. Is there anything else I can help with?

Im wandering if the pill v 4829 comes in more than one color. Ive gotten then in past they were yellow orangish. I jus got sum that are a lighter yellow than usual?? ## Hello, Rich! How are you? I'm sorry, but I've been unable to find any information on this, the databases I've searched just list it as being yellow and nothing more specific. As long as they were obtained through a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then there most likely isn't anything to worry about. Color variations sometimes occur due to differences in the manufacturing process. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If I took 2 percoeit 5, will that equal the same as 1 percoiet 10? ## Hello, Jenny! How are you? It would be equivalent in the amount of Oxycodone, but you'd be getting double the dose of the Acetaminophen. Taking too much of it in a day can result in fatal toxicity, so you have to be careful not to exceed 3,000mgs a day and no more than 1,000mgs per dose. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. It's best to stay away from the extra Acetaminophen, if you can and just take one of the 10/325mg Percocet, unless your doctor instructs otherwise. Is there anything else I can help with?

Please I have fibromyalgia and I have applied for Medicaid but can't afford my narcotics, Percocet and exalgo ## You can call the Pharmaceutical compaines that make these drugs. Mallinckrodt makes Exalgo. There are a number of pharmaceutical companies that make Percocet (Oxycodone/Acetaminophen). Ask about Patient Assistance Programs when you call the pharmaceutical companies. You can also look for Discount Prescription Cards online and I have put a link to the Discount Prescription Card here below. RX Savings Card

Just took a perk 10 3 hours ago and took a 4th of a methadone 10mg 5 mins ago will I be ok? ## Have both of these mediations been prescribed for you? Those aren't terribly high doses, but could be dangerous for someone that isn't opiate tolerant, due to the sedation and depression of the central nervous system that they may cause. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I filled my Rx but didn't think to check it until a few days after I left the pharmacy. The bottle states it is an oblong white pill with "U15" on it and labels it as generic Percocet. It used to be a round white pill. Is this the same as my old generic RX for Percocet 5/325 or is it a different strength of some kind? if so, why would they change the shape of the pill? I keep them in my pill container in my purse, for emergency use of break through pain, and today I nearly took two at once, thinking they were regular extra strength Tylenol, that I also keep in the pill container! I hate to think what might have happened if I took two of these while at work! Is this a recent change to the generic pill for Percocet? ## Hello, Layla! How are you? How are you? Yes, it's possible, though not common. How long have you been taking this one? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I'm having the same issue now.

I have been taking percocet 7/325 three (3)X daily along with oxycontin every day for several years, prescribed by doctor due to several herniated discs. Recently I traveled out of the country and was surprised to see codeine products for sale in pharmacies without a script. I purchased a couple of boxes of Co-codamol 8/500 , hoping it would be an effective backup for times when I ran short of percocet. (I am not getting "high" for fun, I have chronic pain and a very full workload with no support system)however the co-codamol tablets don't seem to work for me unfortunately they don't really relieve my pain they just make me tired. Has anyone else found this product to be helpful? It's made by "Zentiva" Thank you. ## Codeine is a relatively mild narcotic and t...

I moved down to Bloomington Indiana have my medical chart and almost all the Dr.'s won't see me for pain management nor panic disorder. I've had x rays done everything just need to find a Dr. that will see me for both issues. Anyone have any suggestions for Bloomington Indiana area? ## Hello, Jman! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Unfortunately, due to the new directives set forth by the DEA last year, you'll likely need to see two different doctors. One for pain management and one for your panic disorder. It is preferred that each condition be treated by a relevant specialist. Most GPs will not prescribe controlled substances anymore, except in some very rare cases, and especially not for a new patient. The easiest way to get the help...

how long does opiates stay in your urine if someone has been snorting 5 or ,more percocet 30 mg a day for over a year ## The vast majority of opioid drugs can stay in your system for a urine test for roughly 2-4 days after your last dose. Based on the duration of use and frequency taken, I'd imagine that individual being on the higher end of the spectrum (4 days) from the last dose, as opposed to 2 days. A strong or weak metabolism can change this however, and should also be considered when factoring in the length of time it takes to completely be out of your system; give or take a day. If this user were to get a hair follicle test however, there would be trace amounts detectable for up to 90 days. I hope this info helps! ## I have been taking between 25-30mg of oxycodone daily for ...

My doctor cut me off of percocet 10/325...because he tested me and found none in me i had been trying to take them only when really needed them he seems to have other ideas of what i was doing with them...so he stopped cold turkey and offered me nothing to help.I have had pain in my neck after 4 surgeries and have been on them for 4 years the depreshion is taking over me i can't stop crying and i am at my wits end...i don't know what to do the doctor won't listen to me... ## Hello, Tera! How are you? I'm very sorry about what happened to you, but your doctor really had no choice. He has to account for all of this stuff to the government, so if he's prescribing it and you're not taking it, he's going to be asked why and his license to practice medicine could b...

I suffer from fibromyalgia. My current doctor sent me to a pain clinic. I have been taking my percocet 10/325 for two days now, three times a day, from an old prescription. Is there any way that it can be measured to see the levels of percocet that have been taken? ## Hello, Sherry! How are you? Yes, they can. That's how they know if a patient is taking their medication as prescribed, or not taking it, there's a simple test that tells them the level in the person's body. It should fall within a certain range and anything outside of that alerts them that there may be a problem. The same is true if you've not been prescribed anything recently and they detect it in your system. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit f...

Went to another Pharmacy and they filled with white oval shaped pill identified as M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other. Potency and effectiveness confirmed by wife within 20 minutes after first pill. She managed to catch up on several hours lost sleep. Pill marked A 333 not potent 10/325 Percocet alternative. Does Percocet come in 15mg ? And has anyone tryed it in liquid form? Does it affect you stronger? Thanks sassy..... ## Percocet does Not come in 15 mg. Percocet is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminphen. There is a Oxycodone Oral Solution. There is 5 mg in every 5 ml. A dr isn't going to prescribe Oxycodone Oral Solution to replace Percocet unless he believes it is in the best interest of the patient. Oxycodone Oral Solution is only prescribed in certain situations.

I have been seeing a doctor that refuses to prescribe my Percocet. I have recent MRI films that show disc degeneration, spurs, disc bulging and I have lost all of the curve in my neck. I have been on total disability since 2005.Since she substituted them with Tramadol and Soma muscle relaxants, I have been in so much pain that I cannot stand or walk for any period of time. I can only lay propped with pillows. Since this, I have gained around 80+ pounds in a little over a years time! I am miserable! Please help! ## I know of a dr that will give you the Percocet you are needing in Ocala. His name is Dr. Zhou and he is in the Florida Pain Management and Rehabilitation Clinic. Been dealing with this chronic pain for 8 years. Five years ago after trying every cream, soaks, acid cream, non-narcotic pain medications, anti-depressants and surgery, I was prescribed Percocet 5-375. This provided me relief enough I could do "normal" things like go out to eat and a movie, trips up to 3 hours, wearing semi normal clothes. Then my doctor retired (Richmond va) and for 7 months I have been trying to find a doctor.......it's not going to happen. Now I am taking 1/2 of pill 3 times a day or 4 times if we have an invite for dinner (which is happening less and less). Is there any help? The only thing they (doctors) agree on is that I will probably have to live with the pain forever!!!!! Help has to be somewhere. This is a life altering condition. I considered mys...
