Based on my research, The US National Library of Medicine shows that Metformin can cause "unusual tiredness or weakness" as a possible side effect. Ref: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMHT0011121/?report=details#side_effects And although it's considered to be rare, Lyrica actually lists the same thing under the following page: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0046069/#DDIC601627.side_effects_section I wonder if that has anything to do with how you're feeling when you are active vs stationary. However, it may also be a good idea to discuss this with you...
I am on a 1.5 Mirapex daily, one pill slow release regimen for Parkinson - when is the best time to take it - morning or evening? I take it now at 9 am, get sleepy during day and peppy in the evening - when I get up in the morning I feel the best, just before taking the pill, afterward I feel "strange". At night, I sleep ok with half milligram of Tavor - a tranquilizer. Thanks for input. ## Since it's a time released medication, there isn't really a best time to take it, as long as you remember to take it at the same time each day. Thus, if it works better for you to take it at night, then there shouldn't be a problem with that, but you should double check with your doctor to be sure. This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, decreased appetit...

How are you? Yes, it can cause those types of symptoms as side effects in some people that take it. You may want to discuss going off of it for awhile, to see if things improve, if so, then you'll have your answer. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## something always seems to keep me from making an adjustment. Updated in CarbilevI have RLS and have been on mirapex for 7 years. I tried other meds, but this really works. Up until my pharmacy changed where they buy pills from. The white ones were what I was taking and had no side effects. Now they are blue or pale pink. When I take them I get very sick, headache, throwing up and nausea. My pharmacy will not order white ones for me. How can I find out name of where I can get white ones ? PLEASE Help Me. Thanks Brenda ## Hello, Brenda! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Have you tried other pharmacies in your area? They may carry the others, or be willing to order them in for you. Can you ask your current pharmacy the name of the manufacture of the white ones, so you know which you're looking for?
I was the first person on earth to test Neotrofin against Parkinson's in 2002 at the Parkinson's & Movement Disorder Institute in Fountain Valley California. This drug worked wonders and I was hoping that the FDA would rush approval for it to be used against several brain diseases. I then learned that the manufacturer of Neotrofin went out of business and refused to turn over the rights to anybody. I thought that was such a tragedy to humanity. This drug had absolutely NO side effects. You could not tell you had any medicine in your body. It helped my Parkinson's symptoms for up to 4 months after i stopped taking it. This website is the first that I have found that looks like the drug is in use. I hope it's not an old site telling me that Neotrofin is not available. ...
My husband was on early trials of EMSAM (Selegiline transdermal patch) in around 2008. It was very successful in relieving his depression. After the trials, he was offered free medication as long as he found a doctor to monitor him. With EMSAM being new at that time, we couldn't find anyone one prepared to help. For years he's battled along on other less effective medication, but now that he's 65 and on MedicAid we are starting the search again, trusting that doctors will be more educated on the benefits of EMSAM

Emsam has been a miracle drug for me. I respond very well to mao inhibitors and they served me well for many years but after 7 years a developed a type of rheumatoid arthritis so I had to stop taking them.. Emsam is working very well for me but the cost is prohibitive. Just this past month they increased the price by $300.00. If you have health insurance you are not eligible for any assistance. I pay $425.00 per month for my drub plan and health insurance. My cost is $500.00 per month and I simply can not afford it much longer.I can understand drug companies needing to charge a love of money to cover their research but I would like to see this company investigated for raising the cost by $300.00 per month ## Hello, Carla! Sorry that the cost of this medication is so prohibitive. However...
My mother is showing undesirable side effects of this medication and is ready to stop taking it. She's taking one tablet of Sinemet, three times per day. What is proper strategy to stop? Gradually? All at once? Implications ## Hello, Mike! How is she doing? How long has she been taking it? Side effects are normal and should eventually taper off, once her body adjusts to the medication. Has she consulted her doctor about the problem? They would be the best person to advise her on this matter.

It contains the active ingredient Pramipexole and is only available by prescription in the U.S. You can learn more Mirapex details here. And in regards to Pete Piper's post, though it isn't as common, so you don't hear as much about it, there is...

white oval pill with 2326 on it will they help u sleep ## Hi Crystal, According to your description, the closest match I'm finding is a white oval-shaped pill imprinted with the numbers 23 | 26 on one side and a cursive "V" on the other. The "23 and 26" are also separated by a vertical score line. This medication is identified as a 1mg Benztropine mesylate tablet; which is most commonly used for treating symptoms of Parkinson's disease. I'm not certain as to whether or not it'll also help you sleep at night. But this medication is sometimes prescribed for other uses as well. You'd just have to talk with your doctor first to discuss its potential off-label uses. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Benztropine Details I hope this info hel...
