White Oval Pill With Endo 630 Imprint

I found one of these and have googled everything and can't find out what it is! Please help

Can you please double check the imprint, is it maybe Endo 603?

If so, then the tablet contains 10mgs of Carbidopa and 100mgs of Levodopa, which is most commonly used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, confusion and drowsiness.
