It is Paracetamol Diclofinac Potassium & Serratiopeptidase. My dentist prescribed this when I underwent a root canal for my teeth. I am taking diclofenic and was wondering if I can safely take paracetamol ## Has your doctor advised you to take both? Usually, it isn't necessary, because the Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it relieves pain, fever and swelling. Thus, it and the Paracetamol do almost the same thing, except the Paracetamol doesn't do as much for swelling.
Is there anyway a person can get stillpane without a prescription. I have pain AND used some of my moms pills.
