Stilpane contains 320mgs of Paracetamol, 8mgs of Codeine, 32mgs of Caffeine and 150mgs of Meprobamate:

As to whether or not you can get it without a prescription, I am not sure what the laws are where you are located, but I know in most countries it does require a prescription, since there is a narcotic in it, which is the Codeine.
