Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this: I take Actiq for my migraines and works great most of the time but is really doing a number on my teeth. I've heard that the lozenge form of Fentanyl (Fentora) has no sugar in it at all, but a lot of people I've talked to say it's not as long lasting as the Actiq and their pain tends to re-occur quicker. Why can't they make the Actiq sugar free? ## I can't find any details on this, but my first guess is that it probably has to do with disguising the taste of the medication. Fentanyl is a narcotic and they are known to be very bitter and it would take a lot to make sure that they didn't completely gross someone out. I was recently hospitalized and was given dilauted and morphine for 8 days. I was then sent home. I am now suffering from abdominal pain and cramping 4 days later. I did experience abdominal pain while in the hospital. Is this related to the morphine and how long will it last? ## Dilaudid contains Hydromorphone, so it is a narcotic, just like the Morphine, so it could also be causing some of the problem. I can't say with certainty, but it could be some mild withdrawal symptoms, which can happen with narcotics, however, you were only on them for a little over a week, so it really shouldn't late more than a few days. a oblong tablet with p 200 on one side ## I'm sorry, but I am not finding anything listed for an oblong pill with just the marking of P 200, in any of the U.S. prescription drug resources. A white round tablet with PP 200 on it imprinted in black is a tablet called Ryzolt, it contains 200mgs of Tramadol in an extended release formulation. Anyhow based on the imprint you provided I located a similar pill with the marking M358 as opposed to the M538 you mentioned. M358 fits your description of white oval and bisected on one side with M358 on the other. This pill is a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 7.5 mg). WHITE CAPSULE PFN 150 PFIZER ## I found the white capsule to be Lyrica (150 mg); the correct marking however is Pfizer PGN 150, not PFN. I found an empty grey caosule marked 3109. What is it? WPVVWC ## With only the numbers 3109, I am assuming you only found part of the capsule? If found 2 possibilities, but only one of them uses gray as part of the capsule and it would have contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital, 40mgs of Caffeine and 30mgs of Codeine. This pill is a large, white or maybe very light yellow tablet that has a deep cross score on the back and an arrow on the other side. I really don't understand the big deal about everyone wanting Vicodin. I have had to take it for the past 10yrs for chronic pain and would give anything to not have to take it. There is no high just the ease up of the pain so I can work. Which I was told I would never do again. My ex-husband used to steal them and try and make me believe I would get up and take them and not remember. Ended that marriage. Then he started drinking again. Makes no sense why you would want to take them if you didn't have to. ## The main reason that some people want them and abuse them is due to the fact that not everyone reacts the same to every medication. This is a pain killer given to women mostly for menstrual cramps but has now been taken off the market because of side effects.
