I am trying to identify a medication and need help. It is a heart shaped pill with one side that is white and reads US. Onthe other side the pill is yellow and reads 04 20 with a score between the 04 and 20. ## I need help identifying a yellow and white heart shaped pill. THIS PERSON IS LYING TO YOU OR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. I've gotten watson vicodin (generic vicodin) from TWO different pharmacies over the last month, and they are both Watson 349. ## 5mg ## Watson 346 is hydrocodone. Has everyone given up on contacting Caraco Labs, the manufacturer of Synalgos-DC? We have called several times but most recently, all we can get is in answering machine. Prior to the answering machine, a woman took the calls and each time we spoke, she gave a different date as to when Caraco would be marketing this wonderful pain medication. Our pharmacist tells us that every night when he sends in his orders, Synalgos-DC is always on the list. I think he has given up, too, for he hasn't tried to call in a couple of weeks. When I checked FDA.gov, the medication is still listed. Just wondering how the 2 drugs differ ## "Imm Rel" stands for immediate release - so Oxycodone immediate release is for fast treatment of breakthrough pain. There are other variations as well. There is normal release Oxycodone, and also controlled release Oxycodone. Those will take longer to be absorbed by the body. Hope this helps. Do you have any other questions or information to add? Can't live without oxy. I consume it, it consumes my life, i love it. ## I am assuming you are referring to Oxycodone, which is a narcotic pain medication meant to treat severe pain. i am in trouble, cant stand, sit ..... cant pick up my toddler.... i know i need the doctor, he isnt calling me back. i am afraid of what meds he may out me on. dont wanna be incapacitated. what will he most likely do? any ideas on what he may perscribe? ## oh man, you are me, I mean this is my problem with my 2 year old now. I have been on 40 to 80 mg OC's for almost 10 years. My pain control was sufficient and could engage in life for the most part. I have a degenerative problem in my lower back and with no pain control I am virtually bed ridden. In addition, I have problems with my shoulders and my knees due to a once active invovement in several sports. I experienced some degree of pain every day, even with the OC's. With the change to op's I am increasingly becoming bed ridden and experiencing, for the most part either pain or withdrawl. My doctor requires several random UA's and I have had no results that indicate anything but strict adherence to my pain control contract. I would like to know what a pure darker green pill is.was told it was a 80 oxycontin made in china.its a harder pill and green right through. ## Hi Mary Anne - The challenge with what you have described is the fact that pills with no markings are virtually impossible to identify other than by running a lab test on them. For the most part, only pills originating in North America are the easiest to identify. I would definitely recommend staying away from them since they could be anything. I wish I could give you more specific details. Where did you get them from? Was it an online pharmacy? Also, did they come in any specific packaging listing a company, product name, or anything else?

The precise time frame, however, can vary, depending on amount used, length of use, individual metabolism, activity levels and overall health. it is a light blue tablet oval with center perforation for cutting in half....lortab ## What are the markings on the tablet? It is the imprint that would enable us to identify it for you, the shape and color actually don't mean anything. The imprints will vary according to dosage and manufacturer, but here are some examples: A blue, oblong with M361 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Another blue, oblong with WATSON over 540 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. And there are several other blue tablets on the market, as well. Do either of these match the tablet in question?

I was prescribed lyrica from my spine specialist after I experienced nerve pain after herniated disk surgery. My. Specialist instructed to only take lyrica at night as it will "spin me out" I think he used this term because I'm only in my early 20's and thought that would connect with me better.
