YES Watson 349 IS VICODIN. THIS PERSON IS LYING TO YOU OR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. I've gotten watson vicodin (generic vicodin) from TWO different pharmacies over the last month, and they are both Watson 349.

Watson 346 is hydrocodone. I'm prescribed lol. 10mg of hydrocodone, all the rest is acetemetaphine. Boom.
