There are several that use the Schedule K list and it is not identical in all of them, There are some countries where a narcotic like Codeine can be purchased over the counter and others where it is not. Most general medications, that are not considered controlled substances, such as Paracetamol can be sold over the counter in virtually any store. Where are you located?
I found these pills from 2000...are they safe to take? ## Hydrocodone does not get dangerous, after the expiration, but it does slowly lose effectiveness and after all these years, the chance of them actually doing anything is very low. In addition, if they contain Acetaminophen, that will also lose effectiveness and doubling up on them isn't a good idea, because taking too much of it, in a day, can be toxic.
