I have an m squared blue with only a split no 30 on other side. It's bigger that a roxy 30. oval pill white ## Yes, this one is made by Mallinckrodt Pharmacetuicals. It contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs Hydrocodone, generic for Vicodin. Vicodin More Info Click Here ## Not generic for Vicodin,,,, Vicodin has 500 mgs APAP, not 325mgs.

In my opinion Opana (OXYMORPHONE), is a much better drug than MSCONTIN. It works much more efficiently and is much, much stronger than MSCONTIN. I live with chronic pain MSCONTIN does nothing for it. My mother who is 88 said she rather take percocett. She had double knee replacement yrs ago which resulted in a failed surgery, I have a collaspe lumbar, so I do know what I'm talking about when it comes to pain medication. They should take mscontin out of the gold standard part, put it with the silver. ## Both the Oxymorphone in the Opana and the Oxycodone in the Percocet are known to be stronger and more potent than Morphine, so it makes sense that they may help some people more than Morphine does. is taking 1 roxy the same as taking 3 perkasets? ## It would depend on the dosage, because these are different medications and both are available in several different dosages. Roxicodone contains the narcotic Oxycodone, in a regular release formulation, but Percocet contains the Oxycodone, coupled with Acetaminophen. So, what dosage are you asking about?

What is a good substitute for Darvocet N/100 for treating pain? ## Darvocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, it was really the mildest narcotic pain reliever on the market. As to an alternative that might have the same pain relieving properties, have you tried Tramadol? It is not a narcotic, but works very similarly. It is also available with Acetaminophen, under the trade name Ultram. There are some other narcotic+Acetaminophen combinations on the market, but most will be stronger than the Darvocet was, even at their lowest dosages. Blue Oblong Pill With V15 On One Side & A V On Other Is a Extra Strenght Pain Reliever PM from Walgreens. I have a bottle ## Hi Perryntx, I located a similar pill in the drug databases that appears to be identical to your description, except that this pill only has the V15 on one side and is blank on the other. It is oblong/capsule-shaped and blue as well, and is identified as being Acetaminophen PM (acetaminophen 500mg + diphenhydramine 25mg). I just find it strange that your pill has an additional imprint on the back and is possibly regarded as being the same pill. The manufacturer of the pill I located is "New World Imports, Inc". Does that sound familiar?

I take hydromorph contin and hydromorphone for pain and my doctor did a urine test on me I'm also taking adderal, cloazapam,risperidal,divalproex and on my urine test results I tested postive both times for oxycodone how is this possible when I've not takin it at all. ## If your doctor is using a non-certified test, then false positives can occur anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. It is also well known the synthetic and semi-synthetic opiates, such as the Hydromorphone, can cause false positives on them for others in the same class, such as Oxycodone. What has your doctor said about it?

ive been on oxycodone 15mgs for about 3 months for chronic back pain and now this month no pharmacy has it does anyone know whats going on ## I'm sorry, but it is hard to know what pharmacy has any given medication in stock, at any given time. There was a shortage, due to imposed manufacturing limits at the end of the year, so it may just be taking awhile for all pharmacies to get a supply back in to fill prescriptions. Have they given you any estimate of when they might have it back in stock?

i took 2 10 mg loratab 1 monday 1 tuesday i have a drug test at 9 am in the morning will i pass? ## It is somewhat doubtful, most narcotics will take about 48 hours to completely clear out of your system, but it can vary, depending on how long you have been taking it and at how high of a dosage. If you have a prescription for the medication, then all you have to do is inform them of this, when you go in for the test. They cannot deny you the use of a legally prescribed medication. Are there any questions or comments? ## Do they actually check to see if you have a prescription if you dont have the bottle or anything?

are the abg 10's equal in strength to the norco 10 mg i need to know right away if not what is the difference in opiate strength i am used to taking 2 norcos per dose 10 per day??? ## The tablet with the ABG 10 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone, a potent narcotic analgesic. Has your doctor recommended this switch? The actual conversion, if you have been taking 20mgs of the Hydrocodone in the Norco, would be approximately 13.33 of the Oxycodone to equal the same dose. However, what you really need to do is try the Oxycodone and see how well it helps you, since it is more potent, you may get good results from the 10mgs, if you haven't taken it before.

Having a total knee replacement done in March have tried every type of therapies for pain, including CORTISONE and ORTHOVISC, but nothing helps... Doctor put me on Norco (5mg. / 325 mg.). It takes the edge off of my pain. (Also forgot to mention I'm dealing with severe bursitis in my hip in which I'm having the knee replacement surgery done on...) But still in a lot of pain. Can I asked the Orthopedic Surgeon to up the dosage to 7.5 mg. / 325 mg.? Also, is it safe taking this medication for two months prior to my surgery? Need some relief from pain until March... (Had my other knee replaced 5 years ago and took Norco 10/325 for 5 weeks after surgery to help with pain especially during therapy.) Anyones advise on this question? Thanks Much!
