when i get off my 100mcg patch to early, i get freezing cold ,is this some withdrawls,if so,how long will it last and what can i do to warm myself up? ## Yes, some minor withdrawal symptoms, such as this, can be normal if you are taking it off early. When I stopped pain management medications cold turkey, the best way I found to beat the chills was to soak in a nice, hot tub for awhile. A shower may also work. Is there anything else I can help with?

My problem is I am feeling numness in my foot kindly suggest. ## If you found a yellow star shaped pill it is probably an attempt to be ecstacy (MDMA) an illegal street drug commonly used in rave and club culture. Chances are however that what you found was purchased as "ecstacy" but is actually not an illegal drug. More than likely the pill contains tylenol, caffeine and DXM. All which are legal. However, I would definitely take a moment to speak with your daughter because Ecstacy can be dangerous now with all of the adulterants used in the process rather than the safe MDM...

My question is what dose IMM REL mean ## I spoke to a pharmacist, Oxycodone immediate release goes in to the blood stream at once. Is there any help available to help defray the cost of Oxycodone from Amnea. Iam unemployed due to accident at work . I am no longer on Workmens Comp. I currently have NO medical insurance also because of the prohibitive cost... ## There are no assistance programs for generic medications, since they are cheaper than the name brands by their very nature of being generics. And, at this time, I can't find an assistance program listed for the name brand, which could be Roxicodone, either. Have you tried checking prices at various pharmacies in your area? Your doctor may also have other ideas for alternatives that may be cheaper.

Hi. I was previosly prescribed 250mg of Tridural daily,with 5mg-10mg Oxy-contin every four hours, If required, to deal with chronic left and right knee pain. I had a mild stroke in December, I fell twice while in hospital landed on both knees. Put a 5 mm crack in one knee-cap badly bruised the other. I am 54yrs old, slim build. My knees apparently resemble a 70 yr olds (according to X-Rays & M.R.I's) My meds have now been changed to Hydromorph contin 9mg there times daily (total 27mg), with 2mg-3mg every two to four hours PMS-Hydromorphone when required. If so, I would need to know what those numbers are to give you an identification, but what I can tell is that if that is what you are talking about, it is not a prescription medication and contains no narcotics of any type. The company that manufactures those tablets only makes over the counter products.

severe back pain and fractured wrist ## I'm sorry, but we have no way of knowing what any doctor will, or will not prescribe. You also may run into a problem if you are trying to get them to prescribe a specific medication. Most doctors will be reluctant to do so, because when someone asks for a specific medication, especially a controlled substance, they consider it to be drug seeking behavior. Have you considered using pain management?

However, from the description, I have a suspicion that it may be something available over the counter, there are many generic Tylenol Rapid Release products on the market that match this description and contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but I can't be certain. Both the Morphine and Saphris can cause depression of the central nervous system and taking them together can have additive effects that may worsen it. Therefore, the dosage has to be carefully taken under consideration and calculated. I have undergone a small operation during April 2008 in day care to remove a small scar from down level of my left side chest since it was pricking me all the times disturbing my concentration. The operated wound got healed but the pricking pain still persist. Doctor says the superficial nerve would have got cut during operation which will grow in due course of time and the pain vanishes.So far the pain is not reduced. I have used pain killers like Paracetamol, Chymoral Forte, Ibuprofen etc. to reduce pain but there is no substantial result. Doctors ruled out repeated operation at the same spot. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic migraines, as well as sleep problems, night terrors, and REALLY bad eye sight Lol. Not sure what that last problem has to do with anything but I thought i'd throw that in there. Here are a few things that I have been doing to help with my Fibro. 1) Probably the most helpful has been the Vicodin. But DON'T overdo it. I found this pill in my house and I'm either going to dispose of it or get it back to the rightful owner, if possible. Is this drug used after menopause, as it is before, in treating polycistic ovarian syndrome? ## Hi Belle, The drug you are referring to as "Metamorphine" does not show up under any type of search (google, drug databases, etc) with information related to your topic. I also searched a number of different variations for this. Did you mean to say Morphine or Metformin by chance? From what I could gather, Metformin is sometimes used as a remedy for Polycystic ovary syndrome. I also found a link with more information on this condition, that you may find useful. my daughter took 1 Hydrocodone/apap 5mg/500mg tab 8 hours later she was drug tested and only opiate showed up could this be from above medication ## YES! The Hydrocodone5 mg is an opiate. ## That is correct, the Hydrocodone is an opiate narcotic and the APAP is just Acetaminophen and isn't even included in these types of tests. Narcotics, such as Hydrocodone, are usually detectable in standard urine tests for 4 to 5 days, after last dosing. Are there any questions or comments?

I have a script that says exactly: Oxycodone 5mg gle can anyone tell me what the gle means. I have been taking ms 60mg for six months. first i received a light tanish round waxy pill with a coating. then 3 months ago i received the same but burnt orange in color. same markings abg and 60. the pharmacy told me that the manufacturer had switched to a different color. idk why, but half of my script was tan and the other orange. 2 months ago i received only orange ones. and then last month i received oblong orange ones marked e655 and 60. these are more chalky and do not have wax. they ARE the same thing only different binders. This is a grey and yellow capsule with no markings on it. Suppose to be hydrocodone 20 mg. is this true ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, since the 20mg dosage is not a standard one available, it might have been something that was specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy. These products wouldn't have any markings and would be in capsule form. Where was it found/obtained?
