71 yearsa old male, ht 162 cms.Had open heart surgery on 28 Jan 2011. Post Herpetic Neuralgia on 25 June was prescribed Pregabalin 75mg 2xBD. Viminta Forte 1xOD has now been added. Besides drowsiness, dry mouth, I have gained 5 kg weight(from 63 to 68 kgs) in the last three months and have developed severe constipation. Also there is a conspicuous droop of left eyelid which is now almost obstructing my vision. Earlier I was suffering from severe pain in the effected area (left side of sotmatch from naval to my backbone), sudden stabbing sensation and attacks of itching, which has now decreased to 40%. what does acetaminophn-tramadol come up as in your system on a drug test? ## It actually shouldn't be detected as anything. The Tramadol is not a straight opiate, though it does work on the same receptors in the brain to treat pain and is not a substance that is currently included for testing on the standard drug tests. The problem here is that due to abuse and diversion, many of them don't cover controlled substances, especially since they don't consider them life sustaining medications. Been taking 20mg opana er 2xs daily for the past 2 weeks. FINALLY have an appt with pm doc on October 18th. If I don't take anymore Opanas from today til then, will I pass their drug test? I am 9 months out of L3-S1 fusion and ligament repair, still unable to work and still suffering from the side effects of "F" word as i call it and oxycodone and neurontin. The combo of all of them make me nuts. I am hoping to taper in May but my doctor made no mention of tapering until i did. I am concerned that they knoe i am not going to get better so they are not concerned. However, i don't k ow that i am improving any more. I improved until end of Feb. And then i started having more pain, the pain in my legs and hip came back and numbness in feet. I am convinced i have permanent nerve damage. The dr said the numbness may never go away. I found two capsules in a small package. It's yellow with the letter L on one end. The middle is gray with no dots. The end of the capsule is red w the number 9. The capsule is oblong and hard. ## I can't be 100% certain, since this seems to be an over the counter product, but from what I've found, people have identified these as possibly containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen and being a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. The gray band in the middle is usually used for rapid release of the medication. Can anyone confirm this identification?

Does it show up as on a drug screen? ## A 10/325 tablet contains more than just 10mgs of Oxycodone, it also contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Percocet. Oxycodone is an opiate narcotic, so it will show up as such on a drug test. How long it stays on your system can vary, depending on how long you have been taking it and how much you have been taking.
