how long does this drug stay in your system? ## Hi bonnie, If this is in regards to a drug screening, I think a big factor depends on the type of drug test your taking; because, for a urine test Hydrocodone in and of itself can be detected for up to 1-6 days after your last dose. For a hair test, Hydrocodone can be detected for up to 90 days after your last dose. And for a saliva test, up to 1-10 days after your last dose. Even though these are only intended to be estimated time frames, I find them to be very true based on others posting their experience getting drug screened. SO, 358 = 7.5/500 , and 360 = 7.5/750 . You want less acetaminophen. Roxicodone,.is a brand name for oxycodone hydrochloride. Roxanne Pharm. is the manufacturer . A 215 pill, is from Activis pharm. The real roxicodone is identifed on the pill as "540 199". ## Just to add a little more specificity for anyone else that may read this post.... Is there a tablet form of kadian xl? ## The name brand Kadian XL is only available in capsules. However, there is a time released Morphine that's available as a tablet. Right now I am on 8mg every 4 hours. Is it okay to increase that to 12 mg every 4 hours. ## Are you having a problem with the 8mg, is it no longer working? How long have you been taking it? Chemical wise they are essentialy the same. Hydrocodone(5mg)/Acetaminophen(500mg). Each manufacturer may use different fillers for there pills but, you will be recieveng the same dose from either one ## Hi Loiselle, Thanks for sharing this bit of information! That slight variation of inactive ingredients seems to have such a big impact on how the drug itself is metabolized and used by your body. Unfortunately, I think these fillers are part of the reason why so many people react differently to the same medications and experience different side effects. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?

compare Norco 10mg 5 *day with MSContin 15mg 2*day ## The Hydrocodone in the Norco and the Morphine in MS Contin are actually equal in terms of strength, so if you were taking 50mgs a day of the Hydrocodone in the Norco, then you'll need 50mgs a day of the Morphine to equal it for pain control. I recently had bi-lateral knee replacement revisions. (These last two made 9 surgeries). I have a prescription for OC/30. I take one tablet every 8 hours. I take 10 mg oxycodone as my break through meds. I sent a family member to pick up my Oxycontin 30's. There was 21 pills. She never brought them to me. I don't know how many she took or sold, but she is in rehab now. I want to call my dr and tell him I don't have my meds, but what will happen? Do I have to turn her in, even though she is in rehab? Will he give me another script? I feel like an idiot! Other family members warned me that she was using Methadone, and she had picked up scripts for me all along and never even unstapled the bag. how well do they seem to work ## Oxycodone is a very potent and effective narcotic analgesic, but how they work for you depends on a number of factors. If you're already tolerant to narcotics and require higher doses, then you may not get much pain relief from such a low dosage. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Do pharmacys know when oxycodone is due to be delivered ## Hi Kat, It is my theory that pharmacies DO know when any specific medication is going to be delivered. I say this because it is in their power to order these drugs in bulk from various manufacturers or distributors. Although I'm not fully aware of what goes on behind the scenes at any given pharmacy, this is apparent to me because they have to order the medication from somewhere and then charge more for it than they paid the manufacturer. There would be no need for drug manufacturers if pharmacies made their own medications. I hope this perspective helps!

I have had my prescription for over four weeks now and have been everywhere from fort pierce to south stuart, few places in Miami called "greenwall pharmacy" and few cvs. I have heard every excuse in the book as to why they won't fill my rx. My doctor has insurance that I can get through mail order but I can't afford it. I have heard Gardens rx in west palm beach or Prescriptions by mail would fill it but I live in Martin county, my Dr. is in Fort lauderdale, so I basically need to find a pharmacy that won't price gouge $10 per until I can get the insurance. I got dismisses from my dr for having alcohol in my system.. wtf i dont drink. Any way he gave me a months worth and sent me on my way can some one please help me find a good doc. ## Had you taken any over the counter cold remedies, such as Nyquil or something similar? i take a combination of 80 mg oxycodone daily broken down to (2) 20 mg oxycontin and (4) 10 mg oxycodone Because oxycodone is covered by my insurance and oxycontin is not entirely, I want to medicate with all oxycodone.
