I'm currently on oxycodone 30 mg and fentanyl 100mmg 2 patches every 3 days. I am still in chronic pain. I go too doctors tomorrow morning and I need too be on something other than oxycodone because I've had way too many scripts filled within so little time because its not helping my pain and I can't be on opana because it takes too long too get approved and I been on opana once before and I don't remember how it worked for me. I was so young. I need something stronger to help. i have fibromialga and it kills me it hurts so bad. Is this T 194 yellow pill a new Percocet? Is it regular release? My pharmacy switched from the A333 version. ## An oblong/oval yellow pill marked with T 194 on one side and blank on the other is an immediate release 10/325mg Oxycodone HCL + Acetaminophen tablet (generic for Percocet, NDC 31722-0194). I'm trying to figure out what this pill is. The color is actually white and speckled baby blue. It is oblong and has the imprint "TCL 350" on it. My wife is a chronic pain patient. Today she went to have her periodic office visit with her pain management physician. She has, for several years, been prescribed fentanyl transdermal patches, 75 mcg/hour, along with hydrocodone/apap 10/325, 1 or 2 tablets every 8 hours, PRN for breakthrough pain. She changes the patches every 72 hours. Today the Dr changed her treatment regimine changing the fentanyl to 100 mcg/hrs, changing patch every 48 hours. He took her off the hydrocodone/apap, and said if she still has breakthrough pain, that he will prescribe immediate release morphine to replace the hydrocodone/apap. I'm on several medications like LYRICA 150 mg 3x daily. ZANAFLEX 4mg 2tabs at night. Amitriptyline 175mg suppose to be bedtime but i take maybe 6/7 because of the other meds at bedtime, Tramadol 50 mg 2tabs 4x daily. Adderral 5mg. I have a few pills that were claimed to be Norco, but I've never seen them before and I'm having a very tough time identifying them online. The pill is oblong but thicker than a normal Norco. I also tried searching a several different variations of the imprint (M 59, M 53, M 52, etc); but no luck. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. My pharmacy was out of my regular brand ms contin, I had to wait a few days (they suddenly didn't have the medication I got there for over 10 years. seems strange to me. A day or two after I started taking these, my leg pain came back, I have burning pain all the time, with my regular brand ( I think they are by Purdue) small darker blue pills, I never had pain even if I overworked my leg. These new ones are larger and made by mylan, they seem to work ok in the morning, but the pain gets worse when I usually do things in the afternoon. Hi, I'm taking 2x5mg oxycodone (mallinckrodt) 4 times a day (so effectively 10mg 4 times a day) for chronic abdominal pain, probably from adhesions. - I dose 4 times a day since I get about 4 hours out of each dose. - I take 2x5mg in order to get mallinckrodt since the pharmacy only has Zydus 10mg which is ineffective for me. Question 1: let's say I can occasionally get away with 1x5mg for a 4 hour period instead of 2x5mg ("variable dosing"). Will this suppress tolerance build-up better than sticking to 2x5mg for every dose ("consistent dosing")? An example. I have been in chronic pain for many years since childhood. I am hearing impaired and suffered ear pain for as long as I could remember. I have Meniere Disease. I have migraines so severe I was hospitalized and went through every medication for migraines, luckily Botox was FDA approved for effective treatment for migraines. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which is common for those who have suffered chronic pain and it is not a "pretend" disease. For fibromyalgia, I have tried tried lyrica, cymbalta, and savella which caused severe allergic reactions. The pill bottle/box that your medication came in is supposed to be labeled with the ingredients in case of an overdose, if this is not the case your rescue has made an error.
