So I've been taking these for 3 months now and they are not working well AT ALL!!! They're made by Rhodes pharmaceuticals. They are small light blue round pills with a 100 on them. Does anyone else have this problem or can anyone tell me what brand worked for them? I know EVERYONE reacts differently to meds but at this point I'm willing to try any other brand. Next month I'm going to ask my pharmacist to order me a different manufacturer. And by the way, MS CONTIN has SKYROCKETED up in price. I just paid $280.00 for 30 x 100mg pills (one a day) WTF!!! They used to be the cheapest med out there. And too late when i found out it's not recommended when breastfeeding. ## My daughter is nursing her babyor breastfeeding her baby she wants to take alaxan tablet,is it recommended for her? ## Alaxan FR contains Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol, the FDA considers them safe to take during breastfeeding, up to the maximum daily dose, but you should take a lower amount, if possible. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. So, it can be taken, if your doctor approves of you using it. Can anyone please tell me if the Fentanyl Patches show up in a Drug Screen as an opiate? Please Help me. ## Yes, they most certainly will. They are a VERY, VERY strong opiate narcotic, so any screening done for opiates WILL come up positive if you are using these. ## No they do not on a standard urine test, they are a different synthetic and are delivered in small micrograms. The only way for them to detect it is to send it to a lab that has a Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) which will then pick up the fentanyl (Duragesic) I hope this helps!!! ## Thanks so much for this info!! I've been taking Norco 10/3.25 for years for severe chronic pain--It's now no longer effective at all--I'm wondering about changing to Percocet 10/3.25 and whether this would be a stronger, more effective and longer lasting med to take--I've tried also Oxy.10 mg. hcl and they work so so and notice I need to take way more often than I ever did with Norco. I went to Walgreen to get my script of 5mlg percocet and they were "t 132". What is this pill oblong white pill with U17 on one side and blank on the other, I was told it is Oxycodone.. ## Hi Kathy, A white oblong pill imprinted with U17 reportedly contains 325mg of Acetaminophen + 10mg of Oxycodone hydrochloride, used for moderate to severe pain. Apparently it is manufactured by a company called Aurolife Pharma. Containing Oxycodone is one thing, but the addition of Acetaminophen is something that should've also been conveyed to you by the "pharmacist", assuming that you did indeed obtain it legitimately. The Watson 853 hydrocodone 10-325 I got at Walgreens didn't kill my pain and made me sick! I need to know what is better quality. Is Mallinckordt m367 better than the manufacturer Par/ Endo? I don't live in an area that carries the yellow anymore, and I need pain relief that lasts all month and doesn't make me sick. In 1999 I was thrown from a car that exploded and killed my best friend! I nearly died, but god kept me here for a little longer! I then was involved in another accident with a guy I was working with , he ran out of the road and hit a telephone pole, I was thrown into the console face first and nearly killed again with serious head trauma! I now have been suffering with debilitating pain with little to no pain relief for way too long , I don't want to take meds to get relief -but there is no other way!!! I always have Almas or Actavis as a brand. They've given me Bristol laboratories this time. Is there any difference or is it just the brand? If so, does it have 10 mg of oxycodone and 325 mg of apap? ## I'm sorry, but tablets with the 44 on them followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products, so this does not contain any narcotics, at all. This tablet solely contains Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0182-8447 / 59779-104 / 0363-0104). Can a pharmacist change the date of your next prescription of OPANA because you had some left over from the prior months and didn't pick the new Opana prescription up for 7 days after it was filled. I'm testing positive for Lyrica and I've never taken anything except methadone. Why would I test positive for Lyrica?? I tested positive for thc but that's for good reason. But that's all I do. Why would I be testing positive for lyrica? That's what they called it. ## Same thing happened to my husband today. He takes a host of medications for psychiatric problems and for diabetes and high blood pressure. But he does not take Lyrica or gabapentin. I can't find any answers on the web. 11/1/2013 TROUBLE GETTING MS CONTIN 100MG ER FILLED? I have been to no less than 15 pharmacies and can not get this filled. I have 3 disc herniations and pain is round the clock. It's sad when the pharmacies tell you that it is "on back order" or "cant help you" etc. and they can see the Rx is valid from a respected Dr. I finally found a "specialty pharmacy" that handles meds that need compounding that filled 2/3 of my total Rx. I was told by an owner that the pricing of MS Contin has tripled in the last few months and there is no profit margin which the regular pharmacists are probably unaware of.
