My doctor prescribed Morphine Er Tab 30mg and Oxycodone 10mg My question is does this medication have any serious side effects? Can I overdose on 1 30mg ER morphine tablet? i weigh 173 lbs if that atters. i have nver taken anything stronger then a hydro 10 and kinda scared to take this medicine. ## I'm not personally aware of the difference in potency from Hydrocodone to Morphine, but I wouldn't suggest taking anything that puts a scare in you like that. If it's too strong it's too strong and your best bet would be to start off with a smaller dose (cut in half perhaps to assess your tolerance). To answer your question though, I don't believe you can overdose on 1 tablet, but you may or may not experience some very undesirable side effects if your body is not used to it. I am not able to get the old yellow colored Hydrocodones anymore from my local pharmacy. Does anyone know if they still produce them and where in the Leavenworth, Kansas area or surrounding area, I can fill my script and get them. The white ones do not come close to managing my pain....Thank you for any help!!!

I know my maroon/brick red color 60 mg oxycontin was replaced with a VERY believable look alike by a so called friend and these pills have no markings on them, just the same color and size. I am concerned because aspirin is constantly touted for chest pain, especially to be taken before getting to the ER. I am horribly allergic to aspirin, disprin, toradol , Advil and other painkillers except PAnadol. So, what should be taken instead in the event of chest discomfort? ## I take 180mg verapamil daily. My problem is that until recently the color of the pill I was taking was a light coral. Recently the pharmacy where I was getting the pills told me the coral color was no longer available. I have been on yellow Norco for years for chronic pain, pharmacy informed me today they no longer can get them. The Vicodin caused nausea, weight loss, only yellow Norco worked. What Pharmacy in Sonora, California area (Tuolumne County) or Calaveras County has them?

Is it safe to go running after taking myprodol's ## Hello, Margo! How are you? I would advise caution, because this medication is listed as containing Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine, so running after taking it could cause some severe dizziness, nausea and vomiting, as listed by the U.S. FDA. The new Opana's are terrible! I swallow mine like you're supposed to and I see the entire pill in my poop when I go! Zydus brand, I was taking endo brand with only side effect of occasional constipation! otherwise the medication was working well for my after neck surgery care chronic pain etc,, then 5 days ago got the brand zydus! Day 1: vertigo nasua tiredness felt so sick & severe migraine! I have had gastric bypass and I have a serious issue when it comes to the absorption of medications. I have severe chronic pain. I have been seeing a doctor that refuses to prescribe my Percocet. I have recent MRI films that show disc degeneration, spurs, disc bulging and I have lost all of the curve in my neck. I have been on total disability since 2005.Since she substituted them with Tramadol and Soma muscle relaxants, I have been in so much pain that I cannot stand or walk for any period of time. I take opana and roxiecodone could it in anyway show up as morphine since it's a mixture? also isn't oxymorphone morphine? Thanks ## The Oxymorphone in the Opana and Oxycodone in the Roxicodone are both synthetic opiates and these have been known to occasionally cause false positives for other synthetic opiates. Morphine, however, is not synthetic, so that's not one they've been reported to cause a false positive for. The Oxymorphone is distantly related to Morphine, but it is not the same substance and, therefore, the metabolites that it creates in the body, which would be detectable on a drug test, are different. I recently moved to Sacramento from very far away. My doc there had me on 30 mg of oxycodone twice a day. This has been going on for 12 years since a logging accident and the pain and my tolerance is getting very high. Can anyone recommend a Doc in the Sac area that would be good for something like this.
