How can you tell if a pill is time released or not. The pill identifier doesn't say. I have 2 strengths of hydrocodone acetaminophen. One is 10/500 and the other is 5/500. Lost directions and don't have the doctor anymore. I can't swallow pills and want to crush and put in applesauce to take. One pill is 3600V pink and oblong, the other is white with a line down the middle and a V in the back. Forgot the numbers on that one. I am currently prescribed clonazepam. I have failed back surgery syndrome and fibromyalgia. I was in agony and took my husbands hydrocodone 7.5 mg pills twice 5-6 days ago. I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and a degenerative disc, and a pinched nerve. Was prescribed this generic percocet 5/325 coupled with Diazepam 5mg. I have been used to Norco 10/325 for a while. Also some much stronger stuff I would rather not disclose. Concerning my dependency and pain level (usually at least a 5, 8.5 or 9 when it's bad) is this enough or am I just gonna OD on APAP to get any effect? That would be 60 mg MsCotin ( morphine sulfate extended release) made by activis pharmaceutical ## Thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. One thing I wanted to mention though is that Actavis doesn't actually refer to this as brand name "MsContin" on their product labeling, but instead simply list it as a generic form of Morphine sulfate extended release. The only reason I mention this is because some people have preferences on taking brands vs generics due to certain inactive ingredients or based on overall efficacy.
