I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and a degenerative disc, and a pinched nerve. Was prescribed this generic percocet 5/325 coupled with Diazepam 5mg. I have been used to Norco 10/325 for a while. Also some much stronger stuff I would rather not disclose. Concerning my dependency and pain level (usually at least a 5, 8.5 or 9 when it's bad) is this enough or am I just gonna OD on APAP to get any effect? Thank you

The only way to get an answer is by actually trying the medication. No one can know, ahead of time, if it will help you, or how much it will help, if it does.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Have you taken them, yet? Are they relieving your pain?
