I have a white circle pill with a line thru it on one side and the number 512 on the other. Do you think taking half a butalb will have any effect? Sorta afraid to take the whole pill... Headache is due to vertigo.. It's hard to read, but I think it's a 40mg pill. ## Hello, Jack! I am on 100 MCG Duragesic Fentanyl Patches. I wear 1 every 48 hrs. I called my prescription insurance company to ask how early can I get a 20 day supply filled. They said that I can fill it after I have used 75% of the script. How many days early is that? ## Hello, Robin! Just got to the end of week one taking Lyrica @75mg twice daily. I have had Lupus for ten years and my nerves are getting fried. Has anyone else experienced MORE pain at the beginning of this process? I usually have intermittent pain in various parts of my body from the Lupus which worsens if I'm having a flare up. But since starting the Lyrica my pain level has increased in every part of my body simultaneously. I'm hoping that this will go away after a few weeks but my fear is that it will just keep getting worse, so for now I feel like I'm just poisoning myself with every dose. I have sciatic pain and a torn disc it is painful. I'm having a nerve test done next. I am seeing an ortho. They perscribed norco and I had to go to 6 differrent pharmacies in long beach! My usual is cvs however they have been claiming they don't have it and as the others rite aid ,Walmart, a private pharmacy and others have said : we have no idea when they will have it. Ok I don't believe it. It seems it is an individualized situation wether it is available or not. So if your on the " bad patient" list or a risk in their eyes they all of a sudden don't have it! I got a surprise urine test today. I take fentanyl patches and nucynta. My last Nucynta was Saturday am and I took the test this morning (Tuesday). I also took a tramadol last night. 1. How long does Nycynta stay in a lab urine test? 2. Does tramadol show up separately or will they both (Nucynta and tramadol) show up the same? 3 I tested negative for both the Fentanyl and the Nucynta in the office so they sent it to the lab. I was wearing a fentanyl patch at the time. Please help. My husband was prescribed vicodin for his third degree burns. This is his second prescription and the pills dont match. I found a white oblong pill with the markings L484 on one side and blank on the other. A friend said it was a generic form of Vocodin, and he wanted to swallow it. I took it back and told him that he was some kind of nut. I still have it and wanted to know if anyone knew what this pill is. After I find out I will throw it away. I have an injury of my neck and shoulder and I'm on Transfix 50mg and Percocet. I was prescribed the Percocet every 6-8 hours but I only take 1/2 at night. My doctor won't refill the prescription which lasted me 3.5 weeks, instead of if I took it as prescribed would have been gone in 7 days. It's for the breakthrough pain so I can sleep. Is there anything else I can take? I vomit on Norco and Vicodin. ## Do you mean Tramadol 50 mg instead of Transfix 50mg ? Urine testing at my pain management clinic, if I use any of these how to pass a drug test (marijuana) will it also take away my medications they give me? ## Find someone that takes your pain meds but does not smoke and have them pee for you. Keep it warm with a hand warmer and use the pee. I pee for my husband all the time. I take pain meds but don't smoke. There is also kits called whizzinator or something like that. They send you a fake penis (if you are a guy) with clean urine. A friend uses it for a government urine test and passes all the time. You could fill it with the pee from friend who takes opiates and does not smoke. Or ask someone to take 1 of your opiates then pee.

I have been on Hydrocodone for 25 years. Always went through Dr.s. Trying to do the right way. The new rules on hydrocodone are really negative for everyone I have met. I have been cut down so far it's no wonder illicit drug usage is up. It will go much much higher as they tighten the screws. If people like me, a 60 something professional considers such alternatives you know it's getting bad. I wonder if anyone knows of a generous Dr in Northern Calif. or Southern Oregon?

White round pill scored on one side with tec on other, not a flat pill, curves outward on both sides and looks like it's coated not chalky on the outside. I'm in Canada but it doesn't look like any percocets I've seen before any ideas??
