Unknown Pill L484

I found a white oblong pill with the markings L484 on one side and blank on the other. A friend said it was a generic form of Vocodin, and he wanted to swallow it. I took it back and told him that he was some kind of nut. I still have it and wanted to know if anyone knew what this pill is. After I find out I will throw it away. As a matter of fact I think I will get rid of it right now.

L484 is not actually a narcotic medication - It simply contains 500 mg of Acetaminophen which is generic for Tylenol.

Hi Roy,

Is there a particular name for this pill, they seem to put Acetaminophen into everything, related to pain and why always 500mg which is as I undrerstand is a very low doseage.

Hi Jayjay124 - No particular name, it's just straight Acetaminophen. No other active ingredients in it...
