How long will Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10-325 take to show up in my urine for pain management? ## I went to my pain management doctor yesterday and they did a drug screen and they did it in the lab there at the office I have been taking Percocet 10 and I have had a little bit of morphine about 3 days before would that have shown up in my system?

I found some white pills that are approx. 7/16" dia and have the word "Percocet" written around the outer edge on one side and on the other just a straight split line. What strength are these as I am not familiar with these only having the word Percocet on the one side with no number identification?

Does anyone know of a good doctor for pain in savannah or atlanta, GA? ## I realize it has been a long time since you made this post but I am trying to find a doctor willing to write my previous prescriptions of Oxycodone live in Milledgeville Georgia and need help. Will I pass a urine drug screen if it's been 154 hrs since I took hydrocodone 5/325? ## Not if you're suppose to have it in your system. ## I had 15 in 3 days 2 every 6 hours or as needed so bout 6 a day. Had urine drug screen for my first visit for P.M and wonder if I passed cause 20 mins after my urine test they gave me a script for narcos 7.5/325 and a appt so I don't know if that's what they do on first visit or will i find out on my 2nd visit on April 5, if I passed anybody know ## Michelle, it depends on how involved the urine test is. Is this legal to cut the medication down this much at one time? I have been on 6 10/500 mg hydrocodone/Lortab for well over a year now for fibromyalgia, scoliosis, arthritis, bulging disc, bone spurs, etc. The clinic dr. decided that he prefers the patients there (all/any that take more than 4) be cut down by 2 a day, now making it 4 daily. Shouldn't he lower the dose slowly just as he slowly raised the dose? There has been no substitute given. I already take ibuprofen too. Now I'm feeling more pain and I HAVE TO WORK. Is this legal? Hi there, Can anyone tell me why pharmacies only dispense the generic version of the pain pills I am prescribers by my pain management. (Norco and Lortab). The pharmacies say they don't have it in stock and unable to order it. Same answer from the Hospital pharmacy. They say generic is all they dispense. WHY! Is this true? The reason I ask is because a pharmacy technician told me that the big greedy drug companies give their people a 20% field of margin of what they can use. We can all be sure it's not the actual drug we need. Generic has always felt lacking to me. I dont think it used to be this way. When I lived in Washington State, it seems like we had our choice. Hi. I need to know if I have to take a urine test on Monday at my pain clinic will the urine show what narcotics I'm taking? For ex. if I'm suppose to be taking 160 mg of oxycontin 2 a day will it now if Iv'e been taking 100 mg of methadone a day instead? Thank you ## YES they will 100% be able to tell that you are taking methadone! The signatures show up different on urine tests. So unless you are supposed to be taking methadone along with your other medication you are more then likely going to be cut off your oxy script. I have been tapering off of 60 mgs of morphine for the last 3 months. I've been on it for 10 years. First on 120 mgs then in 2009 went to 90 and then to 60 by 2011, up to 90 for 9 months after tri level fusion in neck between c4-c7. Best thing I ever did was the surgery and it wasn't a bad recovery at all. I'm very happy with it. Anyway now I'm down to 5 mgs and thinking about just stopping. I just found four of these pills hidden in my childs room. He says it is for allergies and his friend left them. It is a little yellow and white capsule with 041 on the white half and ethex on the yellow half. Can someone please help me quickly and tell me what it is. I had back surgery in July and was given Norco for about three months. Tapering was some of that. I didn't know that Norco was like Vicodin which the doctor knew I couldn't take. I went from high doses tapering down for three months not knowing that that was what was making me sick. I've been off for five months and have felt horrible all this time. Weak, tired, stuffed head, just sick. What do I have to do to get well.? I had depression about 20 years ago but got well with ECT and anti depressants. I found in sons room It looks like an ibuprofen, but I've never seen on that looks like this. Its round more reddish and 57 imprinted on the other side. There's no lines nothing just 57 on one side. ## Hi Michelle, You had mentioned in your description that the pill is round, but in your topic title it says "oval"... Can you please confirm which shape you're referring to? I get the sense that this is probably a different/newer batch of ibuprofen (hence the more reddish color), though I can't be for certain at the moment. I just know that manufacturers tend to change inactive ingredients on an undisclosed basis so it may have something to do with that. Hi world, im curious i found a pill that says 30 on it... its a white oval pill with 30 on the front and nothing on the back... i heard it was a oxycodone 30 mg... im not sure can somebody help? I saw a white oval/oblong shaped 500mg acetaminophen tablet that fit this description and it has me wondering because the imprints look like they could easily be smudged off or washed out depending the pill's condition... Also, is the number 30 embedded/indented into your tablet or is it ink based? On the pill I'm referring to the imprint is embedded/indented on one side and blank on the back. I hope this helps! Had total hip replacement 5 days ago. Percocet 10/325 only last 4 hrs before the pain starts to increase. I've tried to stick it out to at least 5+ hours, but it is too painful. Should I take a Lortab between doses to help me get to 5-6 hrs? Or should I just go ahead and take another percocet? (every 4 hr). ## Talk your dr. You may need something stronger short term. ## @DJ, Because these medications tend to affect each person differently, I believe only you can truly answer that question depending on how your body has responded to them in previous doses. Can I crush up an OxyContin 40 and put it into an empty pill capsule so that way it all hits me at once.(Because OxyContin has a 12 hour extended release period.) Would I be able to do this? would it work for me? ## I don't know why Dr.Jones just assumed you were an addict...but anywho...the answer is NO...DO NOT crush this pill...yes it is extended release so what that means is the pill is timed to release 40 mgs of oxycodone into your system on an hourly basis...to crush,chew or break up this pill in anyway breaks the time seal & can be FATAL...think of it this way...it says 40 mgs...thats a time released 40 mgs...the actual pill contains more than 40 mgs...so by damaging the pill in anyway there would be no way to tell how much of the drug is released into your system at one ...

This tablet is manufactured by Zee Medical and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of Tylenol (Extra Strength).
