Please, has anyone else taken pregabalin and experienced lost of memory and words? I've been on it for 5 years and I'm really feeling messed up and can't remember what happened yesterday and stuff. ## Hello, Robbie! How are you? Yes, those are common side effects of this class of medications, as reported by the U.S. FDA. They tend to worsen the longer you're on them, too. Other typical side effects may include dizziness, headache and weight gain. Have you informed your physician? It may be time for you to try a different medication.

I was prescribed a pink pill with the number 12 on one side and np on the other for pain. ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am a diabetic currently experiencing cellulitis in my legs with possible infection from the open ulcers. This I believe is the cause for recent, severe pain in my right kidney. I am asking can I use my pain pills Hydrocodon-Acetaminophen5-325 safely to combat both the pain and possible infection? ## Hello, Starace! How are you? This medication will only help with pain, there is nothing in it to help combat an infection, for that you need to see your doctor to have an antibiotic prescribed. The FDA classifies Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Has anyone ever seen or know of a hydrocodone m367 pill but thicker than usual? ## Hi Courtney, In my experience I've never come across any that were thicker than usual. I know its size is reported to be approximately 15mm. Maybe you could measure it for verification... Did you get this pill filled at a licensed pharmacy or was it through some other means? I only ask because it does seem rather unusual for drug companies to put out inconsistent batches (albeit, probably still happens from time to time). One idea though would be to take it into a local pharmacy and see if they'll be willing to compare it with another one that they have in stock. Maybe doing so will at least bring some peace of mind in knowing that it was evaluated among several other real ones. Hope this helps!

Question? I have been on oxy 30's for almost two years now. My body has built up a tolerance to it now. I used to look forward to taking it because it gave me the euphoric feeling and I was "happy" after taking it. Now my tolerance level is at taking 5 pills or 150mg. What can I do to get my tolerance down. I also have this med called suboxone which I take when I run out. I am thinking of stopping the meds altogether. I must say that I feel better off the oxys. I am not addicted to it but if I continue I could be. The only thing that keeps me from it is I am scared to die so I won't do anything for the euphoria. However, after taking the suboxone, I always feel better. It also provides a euphoric feeling that is great and it works great for the withdrawal symptoms. So I ...

Looking for a pain management Dr in Naples, Fl. Currently seeing one in Fort Myers and I think I am going to have to make a change. I need a Dr who will listen to me, not judge me or make me feel judged. I have scoliosis, arthritis, degenerative disc disease and protruding disc and once I told my dr my medicine wasn't as effective, (after 3 years) the PA decided to wean me off of my meds as if I did something wrong for being truthful. I hardly take anything as is, I only take hydrocodone 7.5, 4x a day. And now they have me on 5 3xs a day. Compared to what other people at pain clinics take, I think I'm doing farely well, so I don't see why it has become an issue. I'm so bummed , I really liked and trusted this office after almost 3 years and then suddenly when my dr was b...

Ive been given the Fentanyl patch made by Aviva by my local pharmacy. Before this ive always gotten the Gel filled brand. The Aviva brand are causing side effects as you may have read in my previous post.I called my Pharmacy and told them about this and they said Every brand of Fentanyl patch is differant and this type is probably too strong an i may need to reduce the strength per my next doctor visit.I was curious if i could just cut these in half an see if it helps?Any replies would be appreciated. ## Yes, it seems there are some that are safe to cut, but you should never do so, without checking with your pharmacist, first. Hi all, I was on 50mg patch and lots of tablets. I have Behçet's disease so the patch helps a lot. But I'm fed up being like I'm on another planet some days so I spoke to my doctor and he said to lower it to a 25mg patch. This is my 3rd day. The first couple days I was very sleepy but now my whole body is aching and I can't relax. My body keeps shaking, I can't sit still and it's now 2.30 am and I'm wide awake. Is there anything else I can do to help? Many thanks. ## Hello, Chris! How are you? That was a pretty big dosage change, so such withdrawal effects are normal, as listed by the U.S. FDA, you may also experience rebound pain, fever, chills and diarrhea. Has there been any change? A slower taper would likely be better. ## What other medications are ...

I was prescribed a 30mg morphine gell tablet yesterday he said to take one last night at 8 o'clock, and the next one this morning at 8 o'clock and so on for a week then go back to him. After taking this morning one I went shopping and on return at 12.30 I had a cup of tea and within 15 minutes vomited tremendously, so I ate nothing and just drunk water. Then at around 3.30 I vomited again quite a lot, in all I have vomited 4 times and the last lost was green. Should I take the next tablet due at 8 p.m. this evening. Would appreciate quick help if possible. ## Hello, Millie! How are you? That can be a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the U.S. FDA. It also carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, head...

I was told that dillaudid came in 20 mg. pills. I have not ever had a script for them but have had them at the hospital. I thought they never came any stronger than 8 mgs.My friend said she was prescribed 20 mg. dillaudid. I thought that was a very high amount for that medication. ## Hello, Nickey! How are you? There is a controlled release formulation that is available in higher doses, including 24mg and 32mg capsules. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I currently see a Dr in Detroit where I get morphine but I see a different resident and the attending just does whatever they want so I have a different plan every month now. I was on methadone and my original dr left and this new attending took me off that and put me on the morphine about 6 months ago promising me the whole time I was going down on the methadone he wouldn't let me suffer. Well this one resident the only thing he can think of is taking everyone off meds no matter how much pain you're in and takes me from 390 of morphine to 290 like nothing. In that appt the attending talked about finding a second dr where I live 2 hours from my main dr in case I can't get down there. They did a U/A and bam there's methadone. I don't know why since I've not taken ...

I am hoping that someone can help! I am searching for a pain management provider in West Tennessee (Jackson TN, Memphis TN, etc.... I was brutally attacked at work (law enforcement) and left for dead. Everything pretty much healed up over time except my left shoulder. It was pretty much shattered! Now it is made up of alot of screws and pins. 6 surgeries later and I am still in debilitating pain. The pain clinic I was going to shut down for being pinched for insurance fraud. It sucks because there was no warning before hand what so ever. I need a doc that will prescribe my meds and not just put it off as these inj's. will work. Dont get me wrong the inj's. help but not enough all by themselves. WITH the meds and inj's. it sets my level of pain right around a 3 so neither the...

Apart from the title description, they are slightly larger than your average pill I would say. They are obviously foreign, based on the fact that there is no sort of number or imprint on them. On the bottle I was given them in, the ID# is 200658, but I'm not able to find anything with the searches I've done. Anyone have any idea on the dosage of them? ## I can't find anything listed under that number, either, which is understandable, because most of those are internal control numbers that are unique to the pharmacy, doctor or whatever they were dispensed from. Without any markings or an NDC number, I am afraid it is going to be very difficult to discover their dosage. They have, however, been asked about before and that person also identified them as Percocet, they just coul...

I have been prescribed Norco by my dentist. I haven't taken anything else but when I took a home 12 panel it tested positive for oxy? Why? I haven't taken anything but the Norco and an antibiotic. I recently was changed to embeda30mg time released from 30mg ms cotton time released. I know why the change an I think it was genius. Is there a big change in the pain relief or does it work better? I'm all in on safety and the more meds.they can do this to is fantastic. Any way just curious about the change in my meds. ## Hello, Sunshine! How are you? Just like with any other medication, it varies from person to person, there are some people that have found it works great and others got no pain relief from it. The only way to see how it works for you is by trying it. Have you taken it, yet?
