I have an oval/oblong white pill with the number 44-175 on it and would like to be sure that it is Acetaminophen. Thank you. ## Just to confirm, a white oval/oblong tablet marked 44 175 contains Acetaminophen 500 mg and is made by IVAX Pharmaceuticals. National Drug Code: 0182-2152 (Discontinued). Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). Is 44 175 (Acetaminophen 500 mg) the same as or still considered Tylenol? ## Yes, Acetaminophen is basically a generic Tylenol. It is the active ingredient used in Tylenol.

Hi everyone, I went to refill my oxycodone script... I got them from what seemed to be a trustworthy place but when I showed them to my friend, we noticed there were two totally different pills. One was a light blue that said A215. I know this one is legitimate, I've somewhat dealt with these in the past... but the second one, it was a way darker pill, I would say a little bit thicker as well and that one reads A51. When I called them back to ask why, they said it was from 2 different manufacturers and since it was a different company the same exact pill just looks different but they are both 30 mg oxycodone. I did hear about fake pills going around, especially with oxys. Obviously no one is going to admit that its fake so I'm hoping I could get some assistance here ... i dont k...

Need a doctor that listen and trying to help their patients in the volusia county area have been dealing with pain for over 18 yrs I'm currently on lortabs 10 mg 4x a day ms contin 30 2xd phenagran as needed and this don't work but it does help take the edge off but I may get total of 2/3 hpurs of sleep due to the pain waking me up out my Sleep I have pillows to help with my back even that does help cant sit or stand long periods the pain gets soooo intense to where I'm mean I'm between a 8-10 or higher I need a help I had to visit the er all the time due to my stomach getting so bothersome it swells up like I'm pregnant amd the pain is above and beyond I'm vomiting can't get nothing down (er) gives me fluids and pain meds iv but as soon as I get home its bac...

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. ## Is it a narcotic? ## No, Aspirin is not considered a narcotic drug.

I am perscribed fentanyl 50 mcg hr from pain management and have a urine test tom. I ran out early cuz they dont stay on. Does percocet come in 20mg? ## I'm assuming you're referring to the amount of the narcotic in it, the Oxycodone? If so, then NO, it does not. Percocet, which contains the Oxycodone, coupled with Acetaminophen, is only available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness. (It should be noted that as a separate medication, by itself, Oxycodone IS available in much higher dosages!) ## Percocet comes in 15 and 30 mg tablet too so apparently you don't know what you're talking about {editor's note: message deemed inaccurate} ## That's wrong - Percocet come in 5mg. 7.5mg and 10 mg. I have been on Hydrocodone for 12 yrs.now and it just isn't strong enough to kill the pain any more. My pain management doctor does not have the credentials to even prescribe a schedule III, such as Oxycodone or Morphine. I have a fractured tailbone that never healed properly and experience severe muscle and nerve pain in the lower back shooting down my leg every day. I only want to be able to function. I've been on pain management for many years due to chronic pain from degenerative arthritis and fibromyalgia. Taking 10/325 Qualitest/Par that worked for pain with no side effects. Helping to live a quality life. Last month I was given Lupin white 10/325. Terrible side effects. Borderline migraines, anxiety, tightness, little pain relief, lack of hunger and crying in pain in the night. Called many pharmacies to try and find the yellow Norco meds that work, no luck. Called Qualitest/Par to find a local pharmacy that carries them. Qualitest no longer manufactures hydrocodone products!! Does ANYONE have any med change options I can discuss with my doctor? I have quite severe pain and was prescribed Tramadol 2 plus years ago (am awaiting spinal fusion surgery). I hate taking any pain medication but find I need it. I would like to come off this gradually, and wonder how gradual that withdrawal needs to be. I also would like to know if there are any other pain medications I might be able to obtain and with fewer side-effects. I've tried Lyrica, Targin, but they had severe side-effects. I find Nurofen best of all for the pain actually; however, I have high blood pressure and cannot use this for a long period. Thanks ## Tramadol is horrible to withdraw. I hv been on 13 yrs off on.
