Hi, I had a gastric bypass op in 2004. Lost 75kg. I also suffer from lipoedema and have extra large legs/bottom half of legs and upper arms. Have a bad back, had cortisone injections in both sacroiliac joints. I get bloated/pain under left ribcage like a stitch in your side when you run and are unfit. I am petrified to pick up a weight or have swollen legs, yet was given Lyrica for the pain? I am very confused. Also on hrt and was given Salpraz for my stomach.

Two yrs ago I went cold turkey from 160mg oxycontin a day for six months. Was a living nightmare. Now I am planning detoxing from two 30mg morphine a day for about six months. Since I started the 60mg op I have been feeling lots of discomfort in my chest, like pressure against my heart like a heart attack, but what I think is going on is it's backing up my bowels causing all this discomfort I never felt when I was just on norco. I've read here where op causes constipation, I'm wondering if this could be the reason for all the discomfort I'm in? I've noticed a change in my bowel movements, like smaller sized stools, not nearly as much is coming out like it used to do. Should I consider using a stool softener or a laxative to see if my discomfort subsides or should I head to the ER and say I'm having a heart attack only to find out I've got side effects happening related to this new drug I'm on? This feeling of constant pressure ...

Hello, I am new to Newport News, Hampton, VA. I have been under the care of US Military for almost 15 years. When my husband retired from the Army and move back to Virginia. I was cut off of my pain medication. I was told that they will not be taking care of my long term chronic pain, that it was for active duty only. I was in shock. I was seriously injured after 18 years of owning and installing wallpaper working with liquid herbicide, pesticide, plasticizers, vinyl acetate. It destroyed my hands and feet, it comes out in the form of hundreds of blisters, peripheral neuropathy: toxic neuropathy, toxic encephalopathy, severe dermatitis of both hands and feet, bladder damage, chronic fatigue syndrome, reactive airway disease. I am need of a good pain specialist. I have been on Oxycontin,20 m

I understand that 8 percocet a day is the maximum dosage. My problem is that it actually takes that much to keep my pain under control and allow me to live a functional life, yet any time I even hint to my Dr that 3 a day just isn't working well enough I get drug panels, accused of being an addict and so forth (my drug panels always come up clear as I don't abuse any drugs). My question is what are my options? Tried fentanyl, oxycontin, etc (all nightmares). Can't change Dr's as he has said he will put me in databases as an addict. Please help. ## You can take one Percocet 10/325, as frequently as every four hours. But, if someone has chronic pain, most, if not all drs, are putting them on Extended Release meds like MS Contin which is Morphine. ## Hi Jim, I'd also en...

my baby 6years old ,suffering sever stomachache can iuse dollopar please suggest me ## Given the age of your child, it would be best to not give them any medication, without their doctor's approval. As explained by the NIH, it is far too easy to overdose a child, or to give them a medication that may potentially be toxic. Additionally, this medication contains Acetaminophen, which is a mild analgesic, but it will not likely do much to help with such stomach pain. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have 3 sample of foil pks of Ultram Er 100mg Dr. gave me back in 2007 are they still safe ## Hello, Margaret! How are you? This medication does not become toxic, once it expires, but it does start to lose effectiveness and may not work as well as it did, when new. Thus, it would be best to dispose of them and see your doctor for a new supply, if you the medication is needed. The U.S. FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

My father has been prescribed ecosprin 75 along with Dytor plus 10mg, prolomat XL and cardace 2.5 by a cardiologist. He is taking these combination for the past 6 years from 2009. Is it safe to continue ecosprin... at this age on a daily basis. Any small scratch anywhere in the body starts bleeding and takes a long time to clot.. recently his food intake has not even been 20% of his usual intake.. Please suggest any alternate or reduced dosage. ## Hello, Devanara! How are you and your father? Given the fact that he is 92, I have to make a guess that his doctor is doing something right and it would be best to continue following their directions. While Ecosprin can cause blood thinning, which can cause bleeding that takes awhile to stop, it can also occur due to aging and the thin skin we...

I need to find out what pill i got is. It is small round light people and has a A on top and the number 31 underneath it. ## Hello, Let! How are you? This tablet does not contain Oxycodone. It is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxybutynin, which is used to treat urinary frequency and incontinence. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, urinary retention and blurred vision. Is there anything else I can help with?

After walking down a stretch of county hwy at the age of 14 , out of nowhere an old hull size ran truck hits me , throws me so many yards, finally landing on top of me, after being presumed dead. I was revived multiple times. i was told i would be brain dead, id never walk. It would be pure miracle if i were to even live. I've been on many pain medications in the past , but come to a point that i would try to deal with the pain cold turkey, big mistake.. Hydrocodone doesn't help nor does the 100's of over the counter medications I've tried. Being hospitalized and developing seizures over time because of scar tissue a monitor left on my brain, i still continue to break and fracture my back during seizure activity. Iv'e has my seizures under control through diet and rarel

I don't need to be told the dangers..I already know. I have chronic pain and am prescribed 10mg percocet 1 every 6 hours. But 2 months ago they stopped working for my pain. My doctor would not give me anything stronger SOOOOO I started taking them through other means and received relief quicker. I took two 10mg percocet last night at 2am. I have a Dr appointment tomorrow at 3pm where I know they will drug test me (they do anonymous testing on all, but on average it is every 3 months ..which it has been). Will my urine drug test be able to tell how these were taken??? Please NO preaching... I just need to know the answer to my question.

I have taken 10 mg Oxycodone 3x a day since December along with 15 mg morphine 1x a day with a perscription. DHS has had me do a hair follicle twice. One was around March 1st. That one showed negative for both and was the extended panel and went back six months. The second showed negative for Oxy but positive for Morphine. The 1st section closest to the scalp was 569 pg/ml of hair and section b farthest from the scalp was 211pg/ml of hair. I did nothing to my hair either times except use clarifying shampoo Wtf?? Can anyone explain this to me please?

Not everyone is seeking to feel high! Some people just had major surgery on their arm in which they are dependent on a powerful pain reliever to be able to function, combined with physical therapy! Until you have sustained an injury such as this, please don't judge! In my opinion, or at least my situation, I was prescribed a prescription to Percocet, in which I was given Oxycodone, which I believe to be the same active ingredient as Percocet and Oxycontin, except with the anti-inflammatory of acetaminophen. Excuse my misspellings. I'm just interested in the difference! As I don't won't to be a gimp all my life. I'm only 43, and became disabled and unemployed due to a simple fall. ## Yes, Percocet, as listed by the FDA, would contain Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, not j...

I mostly read stories of people having problems about drugs. Side effects, unavailability, cost, etc. I have chronic pain from longstanding injuries in Vietnam that create more pain as I am in my 70th year. I have taken most anti inflammatory meds, opioids, electrical stimulation, etc. over the last 5 decades. Tramadol is the only medicine that relieves enough pain while allowing me to function during the day. I have taken Tramadol exclusively for at least 5 years. The best benefit, aside from pain relief, is non-escalating doses. I began taking 50 mg 3 times a day. Today I take 100 mg 3 times a day, which has been my dose for the last 2 years. Previous drugs, with oxycodone or hydrocodone inevitably required higher daily intake resulting in decreased effectiveness and constipation, irr...

10 on one side on the otherwise imprint OP Light yellow square beveled or octogonal ## @Brrt, I'm not finding an exact match to your pill, but the results I am finding do lead me to believe that this is more than likely a pain medication. All pills that I have seen with an "OP" marking seem to have been linked to Oxycontin or Opana, although there may be more. A white round pill marked OP on one side and 10 on the other is the closest match I can find; which is identified as Oxycontin 10 mg. Has anyone else come across this pill before? ## @Brrt I also can not find an exact match, checking a few different pill identifier sites. I found the same as David: The closest match is Oxycodone (Oxycontin) 10 mg. round white OP 10. ## Yea. White round (small) "10" / "OP...
