@Brrt,

I'm not finding an exact match to your pill, but the results I am finding do lead me to believe that this is more than likely a pain medication. All pills that I have seen with an "OP" marking seem to have been linked to Oxycontin or Opana, although there may be more.

A white round pill marked OP on one side and 10 on the other is the closest match I can find; which is identified as Oxycontin 10 mg.

Has anyone else come across this pill before?

@Brrt I also can not find an exact match, checking a few different pill identifier sites. I found the same as David: The closest match is Oxycodone (Oxycontin) 10 mg. round white OP 10.

Yea. White round (small) "10" / "OP" imprints = oxycodone 10mg. They are called OP's on the street. At least in the suburbs where I live haha. #opiateaddictionruinslives
