I have to take a hair follicle test for my federal dot physical. I consumed some marijuana about 6 weeks ago but I rarely have it. In addition, I take prescription oxycodone and Oxycontin. About 4 months ago, my doctor was arrested and my new doctor gave me a prescription for suboxone and I have since all but stopped my pain meds. I only take 1 10 mg percocet and 1 20 mg Oxycontin per day. Will I pass my initial dot hair follicle test?

Hi, im Tk and i have been taking 15mg oxycodone for about 5 years at 4 to 6 a day and tramadol 300mg once a day for a neck surgery i had with fusion c6 c7. I have bad nerve damage in my right arm and alot of pain from both, plus have a metal plate for my right orbital. I work in a very heavy lifting job and going out on disability is not an option. I am still kinda young and dont wanna not be able to not work but i definitely push myself everyday. It is so hard some days but i want to stop taking both and just deal with the pain i have or try other options because i already know i am addicted and have a dependency because i go through bad WDs if i run out early. I was prescribed Norco 5/325 for severe dental pain. And I mean severe. Day three absolutely no sleep. I have a dentist appointment Thursday. However, I've literally been going crazy with pain. The Norco is doing nothing. I did take 400 mg. Of ibuprofen two hours after my Norco dose. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The only relief is constantly swishing ice water. Honestly, I'm a little disgusted with the Dentist's at this point. When you call and explain your dire situation and I mean dire the staff should squueze you in or adjust their schedule. I did a half of a Roxy Thursday night today is Monday do you think its out of my system? I've been drink a lot of water but I don't have a high metabolism. I'm 22 and weigh about 165lbs. I've been with the same dr for 8+ years, he prescribes me percocet/opana/xanax. Recently I got a discharge letter for "failed drug panel" no details except that in 30 days he will no longer be my DR. I have taken frequent U/A's and have never failed one, now suddenly it appears I have. I still have about 2 weeks that he is "officially" my dr. I also have an upcoming appointment that they haven't canceled. I really don't know what to do from here, how to proceed, or what (if anything) can be done, because I do not do any other drugs except the ones he prescribes. Does anybody know what kind of drug testing sea mar does? I'm on a pain contract for tramadol and when I run out I take dilaudid 4mg every once in awhile to get me to my next refill. I'm taking Norco 10/325 for a hip replacement but I have a bad toothache so should I take Tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain until I can get to the dentist next week? ## Hello, Diane! How are you? Norco actually contains 2 active ingredients, Hydrocodone which is a narcotic, and Acetaminophen, which is the pharmaceutical name for Tylenol. Thus, it would not be safe to double up on it. Additionally, the Norco itself should actually help, it is commonly prescribed for toothaches. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. When will you be seeing your dentist?

I am not on any drugs and I only take Tylenol or Ibprofen for headaches and such. last month I was drugged screened and it came up saying that I had suboxone in my system. How or what can cause this to be a false positive, would someone that is on it that I had gotten some Tylenol from cause this? I am currently prescribed MS Contin for pain and while effective I sometimes feel like some of the pills are fake. I get no relief and feel withdrawal symptoms even. I have looked at them under a magnifer but they all look the same. Is it possible that someone at my pharmacy is switching some of my pills for pacebos? I am a 70 year old female who has been taking Oxycodone for many, many years. I severely suffer with pain caused by degenerative arthritis. I have had four surgeries involving spinal fusions, etc, plus numerous other surgeries involving bones/joints all over my body. Oxycodone has in the past been helpful with controlling my pain, at least to a point. When my pharmacy changed to the Zudus brand, everything completely changed in a very bad way. This brand does nothing for my pain, and only makes me extremely sleepy. I live with constant pain. I have checked with pharmacies in my area and cannot find any other available brands. If I add 500 mg of acetaminophen to my 10/325 Percocet will it enhance the effects of the Percocet? ## Hello, Tracy! How are you? The medication you listed already contains Acetaminophen, that is what is designated by the 325, the 10 designates the amount of Oxycodone in it. So no, it is not a good idea to add more. I went to mexico and purchased Rocainol balm (ingredients: salicyclate 16 g, mentol 8 g, excipient cbp 100 mg). What balm is comparable in the USA? ## Hello, Rosie! How are you? Please someone help. I was going for a job and they tested my blood and it came back positive for methamphetamine. I don't know how to get nor want to know. Please this is my livelihood.
