Was in the er a few nights ago and the doctor gave me 600 mg Mortrain and 2 325 mg of percocet. When we took my prescriptions In to get filled they switch them to oxycodone and ibuprofen can I still take them together like the doctor wants ## Hi Heather, How are you? Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Ibuprofen and Oxycodone. With that said, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to continue taking them together as the doctor suggested. There's also a brand available here in the US by the name of Combunox, which reportedly contains both of these active ingredients as well. Is this white oval shaped pill marked with m367 a Vicodin or a Norco? I found this in my office at work and some tell me it's a Vicodin and some tell me It's a Norco. Either way I'm just trying to figure out who may have dropped it. ## Hello, Marie! How are you? I shattered my ankle and broke and shattered my tibia. I had surgery about 3 weeks ago. Sometimes during the day my pain is worse and the pain starts to rage about an hour and a half to 2 hours later. In those instances would it be safe to take one more Percocet? It is not all the time. My doctor did say I could take 2 tablets every 4 hours but I don't feel like I need that much and I'm a little scared to take 2 at one time. ## Hello, Morgan! How are you? I am a 46 yr old woman not very active (lost 75 lbs), I weigh 310lbs and I have chronic pain. I have been taking anywhere from 90 mg to 120 mg of Oxycodone a day for 8 years. This past 2 months I would take Morphine 30 mg ER pills, a total of 6 of those pills a day only when I ran out of Oxycodone. I usually only take the Morphine as I previously stated, for a week or week and a half out of the month if even that long. The last time I took Oxycodone was 15 days ago & the last time I took the Morphine I believe was 20 days ago. The only thing I have been taking is Suboxone for the past 15 days. Hi. Today I have taken 200mg of tramadol along with 900mg of lyrica. I'm due to take a drug test in two weeks time (saliva not urine). I have long standing osteoarthritis, with significant degenerative changes I did have a cervical fusion 20years ago & I attend a neurology clinic every 3 months. Over the last year I have had significant changes in pain & movement. I have been using a 50mg Indomethocid suppository along with 20mg of Amitriptyline at night which works well However during the day where I once used steriods I have now been prescribed 50mgTramadol. This is a new regime so I can give no real feed back . My sister goes to pain management for severe back pain from an accident. The medication prescribed has no effect if taken orally. A friend suggested administering them differently. She only takes the amount she is supposed to daily, but not orally. When she goes for her urinalysis test will it be inconsistent than if she was taking them orally? ## Oh yes. The one with the number 230 on the opposite side is listed by them as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone. I was in an accident and the prescribed dosage isn't working. I have not checked with the doctor. ## Hello, Dee! How are you? The biggest risk is actually due to the Acetaminophen that's in it, because taking too much can risk causing liver damage, or liver failure, according to the NIH. Thus, it is best not to double up your dosage, without your doctor's approval. Are you on any other medications?

I am prescribed Hydrocodone 10/325, one every six hours. I ran out and took one 5/325 and had a urine test the next day. The test detected Hydrocodone 300 and Hydromorphone 300. Is this normal and will I get kicked off my meds because of this?

Here in the state of KY we are being forced to either go to pain clinic and endure shots in your area of pain and you are given little pain meds or stay with your family Dr and be tapered off your pain meds. Some just dissolve easier because the manufacturer uses different inactive ingredients. You can avoid this in the future by swallowing them immediately. Hello and good day. I am taking ZOHYRDO ER 20 MG twice a day for cronic back pain management, AMITRIPYLINE HCL 50 MG two at bedtime to aid me in sleeping through the night. Now my doctor just prescribed METHOCARBAM 500 MG twice a day for cronic back pain management. I cannot find if there is any drug interaction between the 3 medications. does Watson make a 30mg oxycodone? ## Hi Dan, Watson actually no longer exists... They were taken over by Actavis in recent years. Actavis however, does make 30mg oxycodone tablets with a National Drug Code of 0228-2879. They are described as being round blue pills that are scored, with an imprint of "A215". I hope this helps!

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female. I was going through a terrible time about a month ago after losing my mother in a car accident. I started taking percocets (10/325) to keep me level headed and motivated enough to get through work, eat, go out and basically function. It got to the point where I was taking probably 4 a day. These past 4 days I have managed to cut it down to a less than half a pill a day (around 2-3 mg's). I take it in the morning because that's when my stomach wakes me up in pain. I've been doing good at this reduced dosage. I just had a drug test that came back positive for morphine even though I have never taken morphine.
