I've been taking Endocet 10/325 (yellow oval) for a number of years for chronic back ailments...( dessicated discs). Several months ago almost every pharmacy stopped carrying them because their insurance companies would not cover the higher costs of them. After having tried Amneal with virtually no relief from them I am searching for any pharmacy in or near the Atlanta area that still carries them. Does anyone know of a pharmacy near or south of Atlanta where they are available? Any help greatly appreciated!

I have 2 bottles of 10 Mg Oxycodone - Large White Round Pill Marked 106 With A - as well as a 10 Mg Oxycodone that's White Oval & Marked Ip204. What is the diff? ## There is no difference, both of these tablets contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, both generics for Percocet. They are just manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies. The imprints are different, because under federal law in the U.S. they have to able to identify the ingredients and the manufacturer, in case of emergency. So, each company that makes something has to use a different marking. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. which colors are strongest to weakest? white, yellow, or peach ## The yellow and white oblong tablets imprinted with NORCO over 539 on one side and blank on the other, reportedly contain a dosage of 10/325. I think the white version might've came after the yellow one, but both seem to carry the same National Drug Code of 52544-0539. I also located a peach and/or white oblong tablet with NORCO over 729 imprinted on one side and blank on the back that reportedly contain a dosage of 7.5/325. Lastly, there's a smaller 5mg/325mg Norco tablet that's white with red specks; imprinted with WATSON on one side and 913 on the other. Hope this helps!

I take oxycodone HCL 10 mg for severe I.C. pain. It is a small round pink pill. Is there any ASA or Acetaminophen in this pill? I am asking because I also have hydrocodon-Aceta 10-325mg and I think the Hydrcodon is causing some stomach discomfort. The oxycodone is for break threw at night and seems to not upset my stomach. ## What are the markings on the tablet in question? I'm sorry, but this additional information is needed, in order for it to be identified for you. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

I have a friend here in Florida who's mother is still getting 80's original formula. I seen the bottle which was filled on 12/29. So idk if it's a Dr's request thing which they claim or pharmacy still has them left. But him and her says Dr had to request it on script. Idk I just know I seen them last month. Any truth to this?? ## The only way she would still be able to get the original ones, with the OC marking is if the pharmacy still had some in stock. The doctors request would have no effect, because the company that manufactures them, Purdue Pharma has stopped manufacturing the original, however pharmacies are allowed to continue to dispense the original, until they run out. It could be that the pharmacy she is using has a supply and is making it last, as long as pos...

What do you do when neither Oxycodone or Dilaudid work for severe lower back pain, due to disc & nerve damage from a fall. I was on Oxycodone for quite some time but apparently built up a tolerence for it, so my doctor switched me to Dilaudid...I have felt like crap all month because I am still in excruciating pain...is there anything left to try that is better than these wo? ## You might want to ask about trying the Fentanyl patch (Duragesic) or lollipop (Actiq). It is pretty much the most potent narcotic available, since it is over 80 times stronger than Morphine. Learn more Fentanyl details here. What was your dosage of Oxycodone and what is the dosage you were given of the Dilaudid? ## my oxycodone dose was 30mg 4 x a day for breakthrough pain. When that did not work anymore the...

I have been taking percocet on and off for about 16 years now due to chronic kidney stones. I attempted to taper off 10mg oxycodone and ended yesterday with only .5 in the morning and have felt like s***. No sleep last night, chills, goosebumps, nausea, diarrhea. This is even with tapering down. Should I just keep going cold turkey or get more to do a better taper?? ## Those are all normal withdrawal effects, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience fever and rebound pain. Stopping it after being on it for so many years is bound to cause you to experience some withdrawal symptoms and it may take a week or 2, before they taper off and then go away entirely. However, adding it back to do another taper would just be causing you to start over and you'd still be likely to experience...

I'm in so much pain with my legs and back, all I can do is lay in bed. Can I take Norco every 3 hours? ## You should not take it more frequently that your prescription directs. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. How often have you been directed to take it?

I'm trying to ascertain the length of time this pill is effective. Is it immediate release or extended release? ## This tablet is manufactured by KVK Teck and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxymorphone in a regular release formulation, which means it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, after taking it. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is the peach oval pill with 36 52 on it the same strength as a yellow watson norco? ## The orange tablet with the V 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but the yellow name brand Norco tablet contains 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. This medication is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and dizziness. Learn more Norco details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi scorpio530, I've identified pill ID "V 36 05" as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone (7.5 mg). Why can my DR. not prescribe the HYdrocodone apap 10/660 .reason being i was on it for about 7 years with no side affects and could stop taking it anytime with no problems. The narco 10/325 i have to take twice as many to git the same results, and have constipation problems. ## In Jan 2014, the FDA required manufactuers to limit the amount of tylenol in prescription meds to no more than 325 mgs. They no longer make a med rx with 660 mg tylenol. ## @Rocky, BL is right about the new law limiting the amount of acetaminophen to 325mgs. However to my knowledge there are safer alternatives to acetaminophen (such as Curcumin/Turmeric root) with studies showing that it's as effective as other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs but without side effects when taken as directed. So if that...

I've been taking norco 10-325 for approximately 1 1/2 years due to a herniated disc. I had a laminecty and partial discecty this morning. I was prescribed Percocet 10-325 and Valium 5mg and was instructed to continue all previous medications. I was unsure about taking the norco and the Percocet both but the Percocet is not relieving the pain. Can I take them both. ## The risk of taking both is due to the Acetaminophen that they both contain, according to NIH reports, Acetaminophen toxicity risks causing fatal health conditions. Percocet is stronger than Norco, so if it is not helping your pain, you should consult your doctor, because you may need to try something else. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as naus...

Hi everyone, I am still on a progressing prootcol of Lyrica. I'm presently at 250mg a day.Till the Lyrica gets to the best pain management dosage, my doctor put me also on 6 acetaminophen (Tylenol) plus codeine a day. My question is "has anyone of you been able to completely get off the Tylenol and codeine after getting to the right dosage of Lyrica? " I am taking the Lyrica for nerve damage due to advanced spinal stenosis. I am also on 100mg of NaproxenE a day. Thanks in advance for your replies! ## Oops... 1000mg of Naproxen a day ## It is normal for your body to get used to anything that you take for a long period of time, even if you only use it as prescribed and a sudden cessation may cause some withdrawal and rebound effects. I am a 38yo female. 120lbs. I just had my tonsils out today and am in some pain but not a lot... My Dr prescribed 2 Norco 7.5/325 every 6 to 8 hours for pain. I have found that 6 hours is a pretty long time for me... I even have a hard time with 4 hours.... And 2 pills are WAY too much... I'm good with one really, could probably cut that in half as it is... I'm wondering if I can take .5 to 1 every 3 hours instead of 2 every 6 hours? ## While this medication may work for severe pain, there is some amount of soreness that nothing is really going to relieve for awhile. I had mine out, just before my 21st birthday, so I know how miserable it can be. As to the medication, you can safely cut it in half, but I'd not recommend not changing the dosing schedule, without asking your d...

Are the 325 10 rp better than the a3333? ## I live in south Florida & these are the common 10mg Percocets I've come across. The RP's are not effective at all, and are weak. the A333's are DESCENT for pain relief, and personally are OK. I find the yellow circles with C230 are best besides the pink roxies or endocets. ## Yes the ingredients didn't make me sick, but I got zero relief w a 333, I'd give the rp a 6 /10, the Alvogen are 8/10, ... but I was in s. i live in nyc and i am on oxycodone 30 for severe pain. Where can i fill my prescription ata local pharmacy? ## I'm sorry, but we have no way of knowing what pharmacies carry any given medication. The only tip I can give you, however, is to actually go to the pharmacies, with your prescription in hand to ask. Due to the high risk of theft, most of them will just tell anyone that calls that they do not carry controlled substances. Does anyone else have any suggestions? ## Yeah, I'm sure just about everywhere will have it. Pharmacies will not tell you if they have controlled substances over the phone in most cases, unless you have a regular prescription and have filled it there monthly, then they will tell you if they have it in stock or not. ## I saw this was posted a long time a...
