I'm trying to ascertain the length of time this pill is effective. Is it immediate release or extended release?

This tablet is manufactured by KVK Teck and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxymorphone in a regular release formulation, which means it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, after taking it.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
