After two years on oxycodone 10mg 4x daily withdrawal between doses was getting unbearable so doc switched me to morphine ER 15mg 2x daily with oxycodone 5 mg for breakthrough pain. I just started today. I took the pill at about noon and now it is 7pm and I feel withdrawal symptoms. I want to know if it is common for morphine ER to not last a full 12 hours as advertised. ## Hello, Liz! How are you doing? I am sorry about how you feeling? Has there been any change? Imprint is A 215 I just have never seen an oxycodone 30 that dark blue... ## @AJackson, The imprint you're describing (with "A" over "215" separated by a horizontal score line on one side and blank on the other) on a round blue pill is depicted as being Oxycodone hydrochloride 30mgs, manufactured by Actavis. I've seen several images of this pill on the web and they all tend to have slight variations in their hue, due to the quality of the photograph. However, most of them do appear to be lighter in color. I have been struggling with pain management for 15 yrars. I seems like I have tried every thing available. I have no relief from the pain. I am currently on Exalgo 32mg. still no help. I have tryed norco, oxycodone up to 30 mg, hydromorphone 30mg, I usualy feel no effect at all. What is the difference with the hydromorphine. I have somewhat severe Crohn's disease and was diagnosed at 15 but had bad stomach issues long before that. I'm now 19 years old and I've been on just about every treatment for the disease and nothing has ever worked. A few years ago I had 1.5 feet of my colon removed since it had become so inflamed and ulcerated. I've tried everything but nothing helps it seems. I spend everyday in severe pain to the point where I can't work and I can't go to school. I'm watching my youth pass me by and being completely revolved around my disease. My doctor switched me from 125 fentanyl patches to OxyNeo 80 mg every 12 hours on Thursday. I wore new compression socks Saturday and removed them at bedtime. A couple hours later, my feet and lower legs were red and burning hot to the touch. I went to the ER, blood work is good. Could the red legs be a withdrawal symptom?

I get 6 oxycodone pills a day and also wear a 100 mcg/hr fentanyl patch. I have been on same meds and dose about two years now and very tolerant to this combo and dose they are becoming ineffective for my pain and back trouble. I also take flexeral and baclofen for constant muscle relaxes as my spasms almost never stop. also. If you post the imprint of your oxycodone pill, perhaps I or someone else could look up the list of inactive ingredients. Someone gave me what was suppose to be hydromorphone they were small white pills that had no imprints which after she gave them to me and I asked her she said there was suppose to be imprints but maybe the pil was old and wore off the numbers or someone switced pills the pill tasted sweet if that helps and it didn't really help with my pain but I do feel a little drowsy is that what it was? ## If there were no markings, then your guess is really as good as anyone else's. I am 70 years old and have taken the following 3 medications for the past 4 years, hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10-325 T(1 tablet 4 times daily), Tramadol 50MG tablet(1 tab 4 times daily), Fentanyl patch 75 mh (change patch every 3 days). Jan 2017 my insurance stop paying for the Tramadol and hydrocodone unless I went through a pain clinic, I did go to a pain clinic. The pain clinic refused to prescribe both Tramadol and hydrocodone indicating a new law that will not allow it.
