I have just had my generic Tramadol manufacturers switched by Rite-Aide and I am having serious problems with the new one. Rite-Aide says that they cannot get and will not get Tramadol from the former supplier. I cannot afford the non-generic drug. What recourse do I have? I was also told I cannot get a refill from a different pharmacy until this prescription has run out. I cannot take any other pain medication because of extreme sensitivity to them. Hi. I am a 58yo female with a 6 yr old back injury, was diagnosed and have had surgery/treatment for breast cancer - all clear. Menopausal flushes have returned with an absolute whack. At the moment I take 10mg of Endone before getting out of bed. Last night I started Gabapentin 300mg. I work 10hr days, with Tuesdays off so okay to take Gabapentin this morning as no driving/concentration at work not an issue. Does anyone else take this combination of meds? I am on palexia/ tapentadol 500mg sr and 100mg ir as well as up to 50 mg of oramorph . I eventually get some pain relief after taken the total dose of oramorph which is 10mg every two hours. I have Oxycodone 15mg and I want to know if they are extended release? They are green and round with 4811 stamp on one side and V on the other side. ## No, they are not. These are manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list them as being a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. At this time the only time released formulation of it that is available is the name brand manufactured by Purdue Pharma. Is there anything else they can help with?

I was wondering if Acetaminophen could result in a false positive on a urine drug test? I had a bad chest cold so I've been taking Russian cough syrup, mucinex, and some other generic cold medicine that has, Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine. I take prescribed oxycodone 5mg with v on one side and 48/10 on the other. Tonight I think I took two at the same time by mistake instead of my usual 1 mg lorazapan for sleep. Instead of drowzy i feel nausous a little dizzy and too alert. is this normal and will it pass? I've been on 50mcg/hr Fentanyl Transdermal patch, for 9 years. I've had 4 major back surgeries and kidney stones and the patch does not work any more take the patch every 48 hours and now i'm going to a pain clinic and told them that i want off the patch;they told me to leave the patch on for 72 hours and they would give me 10mg off oxycodone to take 3 times a day. I have been switched through my insurance to another pharmacy from CBS who always managed to game my brand and strength available on script day ( pretty important when you live as far from town as I do!!) At any rate all of my choices left had less than 5 patches or could no longer even obtain the Patch I was left getting the archaic WATSON 100 PATCH I HATE THESE?! This canny just be a local shortage? what does IMM REL stand for after Morphine Sulfate ## IMM REL stands for Immediate Release ## That is correct, it means the medication starts to be released in your body immediately, as soon as you swallow it. There are 3 formulations of Morphine available, the immediately release, the regular release that usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to start working and a time released that is slowly released over a 12 hour period. I found a light blue pill with the imprint "OX" over "80" on the same side. There are no imprints on the other side, just the OX 80, no underlines or any other markings. The pill is round, about a quarter inch wide, light blue on the outside, and white on the inside. Does anyone know what it is? I think it is a fake oxycodone 80mg pill, possible fentanyl or illicit drug?

My pain Dr. Writes 5 8mg. Dilaudid plus 1 60mg. Avinza 1every 24 hrs. time released morphine, I have been on the dilaudid 4-5 yes. Seems they don't work as well as they used to. I have used 150mg per day for six months, to deal with osteoarthritis in the hip. I moved from Oxycontin to Lyrica, and am satisfied with this decision. My hip replacement is pending within the next month or so. Lyrica is so effective in stopping the pain, I am wondering whether to stay on it, and keep pushing off the operation. I have been on the green actavis and they are the best you can get at Walgreens. However u might as well get use to it oxycodone we like for pain relief is going off the market. You better move where marijuana is legal and then tell those drug companies to take the crap.
