I was wondering if Acetaminophen could result in a false positive on a urine drug test? I had a bad chest cold so I've been taking Russian cough syrup, mucinex, and some other generic cold medicine that has, Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine. Would any of these cause a positive for methamphetamine?
