Pills are oval shinny yellow with a Percocet printed on one side and when broken they have white speckes ## How can I tell if it's real? It's yellow, oblong with Percocet imprinted on one side and 10/325 on the other ## Other than filling your prescription at a licensed pharmacy, a content analysis by a professional lab seems like the only viable way to tell if something's real. Counterfeits can mimic looks, shapes, tastes, etc... but only a lab analysis will show the correct ingredients. Drug panel kits sold OTC at head-shops or pharmacies are another means of figuring out if something contains an opiate or not. However these kits may be more susceptible to false readings in comparison to the higher standards of GC/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) that a lab posses...

What is everyone's thoughts on the best brand of oxycodone 15mg? They don't all work the same... Some make me drowsy and some give me energy. What is your preference? ## I believe the Qualitest brand to be one of the better ones, but I've also noticed a problem here lately with them being always consistent in their strength; the KVK are good too; the Mylan brand A214's plain SUCK! They were good at one point but no more & lots of smaller pharms must get them at the cheapest prices, then sell them for 2-3$ a piece! Good Luck to you, like I read from another, "JUST STOP TAKING THEM ALL TOGETHER & if they're fake your body will start to let you know by feeling withdrawals & if by taking one it helps that & your pain all in one shot, THEN YOU KNOW THE...

I ,m prescribed Oxycodone 30mg each month for pain and have gotten different kinds of them and I know that they say the same ingredients in all of them. But I know what work the best for me and I don't want to go back to the 40or 80mg .I,m hoping you mite know what stores the pharmacy distribute them to I live in the Seattle, Tacoma Washington area Thank you for your help. ## First of my heart goes out to all my fellow chronic pain sufferers. No one knows what we live with. I took Norco for 5ys. for arthritis severe low back pain. Then I was dx'd with massive peripheral nerve damage. The pain became horrible. So he put me on methadone 30mg 3 times a day along with the Norco 10/325 that I was already taking. I became tolerant to the Norco in about 2 more years. Now I'm taking...

I want to know what's all in mapap? I believe that it gave me a faint line on my urine test for methamphetamine & benzo's, as I haven't taken any methamphetamine for the last 30 months. So I would like to know if it could have had something to do with messing up my urinalysis? Please help with this before I take anymore. ## For a test to be clean there's 2 lines; one controlled substance line that should be red. If not the test is bad. The other line showing red for each drug class means clean. No line means dirty.

found a pill that is white and is round and has the imprint k 10 on one side of the pill is this a generic percocet? ## found a white pill that is round and has the imprint of a k 10 on one side and is blank on the other can u tell me what it is? i think it is a generic percocet. ## Pill Image If you scroll down you will see your pill, this is NOT a prescription drug of any kind. This is just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, Acetaminophen 500mgs. ## I have a pill that is kinda flat, round, white, 512 on one side, blank with line on other side. I think it's a percocet, but I'm wondering if it could be what they used to call Percocets 10, the stronger strength. Please reply ASAP, as I'm in lots of pain and want to find out if this is a stronger strength than...

Is there an over the counter med that looks close to yellow norco? I'm checking to see if our sitter has changed meds on us. ## Are there any markings on it? I need this information to check for you. Can you please post back and clarify? All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique markings on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency, according to FDA law. Thus, if they are unmarked, they are not a legal U.S. prescription medication. The FDA also warns that Norco carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

My Dr appointments are every 28 to 30 days. I have been running out of my meds on the 23rd or 24th day. My Dr said he wouldn't fill it early again. If I go on the 25th day is that considered early? ## What are the details on the prescription? If your doctor has prescribed them to be taken on an as needed basis, they may be expecting the amount prescribed to last a full 30 days. But if they are prescribed to be taken on a regular basis, that may change things. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Can you please tell me what kind of pill this is? I found it in my kitchen & don't know what it could be. ## This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Tylenol that is also available over the counter. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is there a 100 mg Percocet? Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever heard of a 100 mg Percocet? ## Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, it is available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of the Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. However, Oxycodone by itself, without the Acetaminophen, is available in higher doses in both a regular release and a time released formulation. Are you sure you are asking about Percocet?

Is this a quality, effective brand? In the family of tramadol? I'm reviewing the different brands of tramadol. ## This tablet is manufactured by Macleods Pharmaceuticals and they listed it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate narcotic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause the risk of side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. How is it working for you?

I am just concerned because I have gotten my prescription filled from 2 different pharmacies and the 1st one had imprints on them, but the 2nd ones don't and I'm also wondering why they taste sweet? ## All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have imprints on them, under FDA law, to enable their identification, in case of emergency. If there is no marking on them, they are not a legal U.S. approved Oxycodone. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. I was prescribed Percocet in the hospital. In the hospital they were giving me 2 every 4 hours. I continued that at home. Today when I ran out I looked at the bottle and I was supposed to switch to one every 4 hours. They also prescribed Norco 5 for after I finished the Percocet, so since I didn't have any I started the Norco today. I am in pain and they aren't working. I didn't sleep at all last night. What do I do? ## You don't say what mg the Percocets were but Norco is a totally different medication, it is not as strong as the Percocets. In my experience Advil works better than Norcos. ## The percocets were 5 and the norcos are 5. I have had gastric bypass so I cannot take NSAIDS. I did call the dr today and they are calling in flexeril. ## Please post back and let u...

Hey I just moved from pa to ky and looking for a dr that will prescribe my oxycodone 30mg that I have been on for years.. I haven't had any luck finding a dr that will prescribe my meds. I have had several back surgeries and need another surgery but don't have insurance right now. Does anyone know of any doctor around here that will prescribe my meds? I have medical records and MRIs that prove I need surgery and in severe pain!! ## Hi, Sasha! Unfortunately, without insurance it is going to continue to be difficult to find a doctor willing to prescribe it and, if you do find one, you'll be on another adventure to find a pharmacy that will fill it. Paying cash is one way that people have used to doctor and pharmacy hop, in other words to scam and get multiple prescriptions for...

Is there a list of name brands of Oxycodone 30mg that are rated by consumers from the best to worst? Meaning the meds that worked the best for most patients. ## The only name brand roxicodone has 54 199 imprinted on them and you can tell a huge difference. ## If such a list did exist, my guess is that it wouldn't be accurate enough to be useful, as we all react/respond differently to not only the active ingredient (based on tolerance, side effects, etc), but also the inactive ingredients that affect bioavailability and cause side effects as well. Some patients may even be hypersensitive to certain binders & fillers. That said, trial and error is really the only viable way to know for sure what works for you and what doesn't. If you do come across a manufacturer that does wor...

How long can my sister take this 5 mg oxycodone w/500 mg tylenol med safely? She just had surgery to re-align fractures in both her radius & Luna and replace her shattered elbow. Her pain level is extremely high (rating 1 to 10, she is a 15) ## How long she can safely take it is entirely up to her doctor. The FDA does warn that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. However, currently, there are no doses on the market that contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Are you sure of what she's taking? Did you mean her ulna? Is she on any other medications?

Aurobind oxycodone 15mg. Dont even constipate me and im on 4 a day. They do give me a severe headache and suck. The 10mg a day did way better but my pharmacist thinks I'm crazy and trying to run some type of game. Anyone else chim in if u agree thanks. ## We are all different, so we may all react differently to any given medication. The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. But not everyone experiences them. Have you discussed the issue with your doctor? They are the person who decides your dosage, not your pharmacist. Are you on any other medications?
