I was prescribed Ecosprin AV 75/10, but I am getting only Ecosprin AV 75 and Ecosprin AV 75/20 from the pharmacy... ## They are the same, according to what you've listed here. They contain Aspirin and Atorvastatin, but please keep an eye on the dosages to make sure you are receiving the 75/10 each time. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches. What specifically has your doctor prescribed?
I am coming off of 4 years of suboxone and have not been sucessful in stopping...so im hearing it is easier to withdraw from pain pills...experienced that myself years back..i would like to know the comparable dose of 2mg suboxone to a 100mg Tapentadol...thanks ## Hi Michele, Just to clarify, are you hoping to use the Tapentadol to help with withdrawal from Suboxone? Or are you wanting to switch medications? Either way, this could have negative effects since using Suboxone (buprenorphine) together with tapentadol may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. I wouldn't recommend starting the Tapentadol with the Suboxone still in your system. In regards to detoxing from the Suboxone, usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking th...
ls Phenazopyridine 100mg available over the counter or do you have to get a Dr. to write a script for it? And is there an over the counter medication that's like Phenazopyridine? ## Yes, there is a version that is available over the counter. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and discolored urine. However, you should be aware that this will treat the pain of a urinary tract infection, but will not do anything to eradicate the infection itself. Are you on any other medications? Is there anything else I can help with?
How many 325/5mg oxycodone would it take to be equivalent to a 15mg? I don't have anymore 15mg, all I have is 5mg. ## It would take about 3 of them, as long your doctor approves. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. It is the Acetaminophen that might be a problem. Too much of it could cause liver damage, or liver failure. Are you on any other medications?
Found this pill outside of a candy store. Teenagers are always in the store on Friday/Saturday and I don't want a young child to pick it up and eat it like candy... ## What are the markings on it? That is what would enable me to identify it for you. Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA warns that Oxycontin carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and constipation.

WHERE CAN I GET THEM FILLED. LEGIT RX.I HAVE TRIED AT ALL THE LOCAL PHARMACIES, CHAINS AND MOM & POPS. NO LUCK. DOES ANY PHARMACIES HAVE THEM IN GA. I'VE HAD NO PROBLEM FILLING IT TILL NOW. ## How have you been checking with the pharmacies? Due to the fact that they have no way of knowing if someone on the phone is a legitimate patient with a need, or a possible thief, you'll need to physically go to a pharmacy, with the prescription in hand, in order to find out if they carry it, or not. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone else have any suggestions? ## Sams Club...You must go in.You do NOT need a membership to use their pharmacy......
how long does 1 30mg of morphine stay in your system? ## It can vary, depending on your metabolism, activity levels, overall health, as well as other factors, but most narcotics are detectable on a standard urine test for 4 to 5 days, after use. Learn more: Are there any other questions? ## I took 2 morphine 30 mg on a Thursday and had a Urine test on Monday. I don't normally take narcotics so there is no build up in my system to hinder the flush of the substance out of my system so My question is, will I be able to pass a UA on monday afternoon? like I said its friday mi...
I am currently 5 months pregnant and wanted to know if I could take this because I didnt know if it would be safe or not? Feel free to comment, etc... ## This medication is used to treat menstrual symptoms, so no, it is not appropriate to take, while pregnant. And as directed by the FDA and NIH, you should not take anything, while pregnant, without your doctor's approval. What condition are you trying to treat? In most cases, for pain, pregnant women are directed to only take Tylenol/Acetaminophen.
I have been taking oxycodone every six hours for almost two years for pinched nerves in my neck, arthritis, my lower back, tendinitis, rotator cuff in both arms and meralgia paresthetica in both thighs, but i find it's not really helping like i thought it would. The doctor says i probably need something stronger and maybe even see a pain management doctor but he cant prescribe anything stronger. ## There are higher doses of Oxycodone available without the Acetaminophen, but yes, you would most likely need to see a pain management specialist to see if they can prescribe it for you. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Are you on any other medications?
My Dr prescribed hydrocodone a month ago. I took one pill and immediately got extremely dizzy and nauseous. I did not take any more of them but am still dizzy and nauseous if I move too much or too fast. Even reading or watching tv and having things move is making me sick. I would like to know if this is normal or OK to still be dealing with this and what if anything could help? ## No, it is not normal to continue experiencing such side effects, if you have not continued taking it. The FDA lists the typical side effects as being transient and they generally go away a week, or so after you stop taking it. If you are still experiencing such issues, you need to have these issues checked out as it may be due to some other cause. What was this medication prescribed to treat? Are you on any o...
I take 15 mg morphine 3 times a day. It's not helping anymore and I was told to not just stop taking it. How should I work my way off of it? ## You may need a higher dosage, or to try a different medication. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as constipation, dry mouth, headache, nausea, and dizziness. If you really want to stop taking it, a slow taper is best and your doctor should be able to help you set up a proper and safe schedule for doing so. Are you on any other medications?

I take 1 a day an need to know if this will hinder my drug test for employment. If so is there anything i can do to make sure I pass test. Do I need to stop takin and for how long until i should take test ## It depends on the lab and the employer. Some labs ask for disclosure of meds before you pee, others wait until it comes back positive to follow up with you regarding wether or not you have a script. You might even want to get a docs note to take with you, or if you only take one av day and can go without for a few days, I'd go that route.Drink lots of water. You never know and job offers are hard to come by. ## If I have been taking hydrocodone 5/325's and then take the hydro 10/325's will a drug test be able to tell the difference between the two? ## no. hydrocodone is ...
Toradol caused the worst stomach pain and diarrhea. The pain in my stomach was awful. I had went to the doctor and got this medication for a bad headache. Never again will I take this medicine. ## I am very sorry about the symptoms you experienced, that is always a risk with any medication. Updated in PercocetMy embeda fell into water. I dried as much of it as I could and left it on a paper towel to dry. Is it safe to take? The capsules don't look like they've been in water. ## If it was just plain water, that won't make it dangerous, but some of it may have dissolved, already, so it may not be as effective. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. It is, however, always best to double check with a medical professional, and of course, in the the future keep it away from liquids. Is there anything else I can help with?
Heard rumors that this pill does not work as well as other brands. ## Hello, John! How are you? The tablet with the 176 marking is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and by their image and description, it should be white, oblong, scored on one side with the 176 pressed into the opposite side and 13.00mm in size. (See NDC 57664-176) They list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I was just prescribed Xartemis XR for chronic back pain. I am used to taking Percocet 10/325 four times a day. Looking for people who can compare the efficacy of the drug. How it can be instant and extended relief. Thanks. ## Hello, Seymour! How are you? It's the way the medication is designed, a certain portion is released as soon as you swallow it, then it slowly swells as it absorbs your gastric fluid to gradually release the rest. It contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I was wondering if there were any reviews from others who have taken it. I have read about it and how...
I take Tramadol HCL 50 mgl and Butalb-Acetamin-Caff . Is this dangerous? ## Hello, Patricia! How are you? The Butalbital with Acetaminophen and Caffeine isn't a narcotic, it's a barbiturate. It is most commonly used to treat migraines and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and nervousness. Tramadol, however, is classified by the FDA as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Have they both been prescribed for you? Taking them both together could cause more sedation than normal, so your doctor should be monitoring you regularly.
