I am 33 yrs old and in constant pain. Between the knee surgery and the dual fusion (L4-S1) the daily pain runs my life. With all the changes regarding narcotic pain meds my life has been turned upside down. I was on a regimen that worked well then BAM! It all went to s***. Now all my doctor will give me is Tramadol. This my friends is worthless. I am simply looking for a doctor that is not afraid to give me the meds I need and that my medical records warrant. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. What pill is this, I have been prescribed percocet in the past but never had this number imprinted. Can you tell me if the formulary might have changed? ## This tablet is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, which creates market competition to help keep prices down. Which one your pharmacy may carry, at any given time, depends on what company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. I can't remember which pill is which ## If the tablet is white and oblong (possibly with blue specks), then 5/500 is Lortab. ## it has an M357 on it it is oblong but i took two different strengths 5.5&7.5 I think it was generic ## if it was white with blue specks it was 7.5mg hydrocodone @ 500mg of tylenol ## It was a generic and it doesn't have blue specks on it ## I FOUND A PILL THAT IS PINK WITH UCB ON ONE SIDE AND 910 ON THE OTHER ## Ucb 910 pink tablet with score down middle is brand name lortab 10mg hydrocodone bitartrate and 500mg Tylenol acetaminophen

I have been on yellow norco for over 4 ys. they are effective for my chonic pain. I have to use a special phamacy. Wallgreens, Walmart, Cvs refuse to fill my presciption. I only get the white Norco.now! this white pill does very littly relief my pain . Now this pharmancy says the on back order What! I don't believe this. I really thik the DEA has sent a message that all the Pharmacistst to all Wallgreen, walmart.CVS.ect, that drug is really addictive and they must stop giving patients the yellow Norco. Oxycodone or Oxycontin is this time released? Or immediate release? ## There are no generic formulations available of Oxycontin, there are only generics available of the instant release and the regular release. Additionally, the instant release is only available in 5mg capsules. Thus, if you have a tablet that does not have the OP marking and it is from the U.S., then it is fairly safe to assume that's most likely a regular release tablet. Have been using opiets for over 35 years. Started with auto accident. Doctor prescribed over a long period then passed away. Was addicted and had to purchase illegally locally. Now still having problem with addiction and paying most of my SSI and Retirement for what I can get. Went to a mandatory class in Elizabeth City, NC several times weekly just to be able to get prescription for Suboxone. It worked but got tired of sitting 3 hours in class with young people and now back on the hard stuff. QUESTION-what does morphine show up as in a drug screen?.........ANSWER-As the real name for heroin is diamorphine and heroin shows up in a drug screen as opiates morphine will also show up as an opiate. ## Thanks for sharing this advice Danny! I think a lot of patients aren't made aware of this because of the increasingly large number of false-positives; where as morphine might show up as some other medication (such as Oxycodone) and vise versa. Hopefully companies will start using more reliable drug screenings in light of all the false positives. Tylenol 325/15 is OTC in just about every country except the US. We are a country that panics over prescription meds but allow the Tobacco industry to addict and slowly and painfully murder over 400,000 Americans per year for multi-billions in profit. I have occasionally used oxy's, about 60mg a day for 2 days twice a month. I use.to use 90+ mg a day for years over a year ago and have cut back drastically. I might have to sod a hair drug test. Will my current use show? ## Mly, depends on what part of your hair is tested. ## They are doing a 12 panel hair test, they cut from the scalp in 3 places a pencil width size. ## If they do hair drug test plus extended opiates (which it looks like they will) the oxy use might show up. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line will go back 90 days. Hi. I took 160mg of oxycodone on Friday night and Saturday morning. I have a Silva test on Thursday morning. I take 20 mg once a week and before Friday i didn't take anything in 10 days. I drank 3 gallons of water from Monday to Wednesday and im 5"11 and 210lbs. My po sent out the Saliva test and its been 5 days and i didn't hear anything yet. I hope im ok. Please help! (Long read but I am a single mom & don’t want to withdraw around my kids) I’m 26, have chronic pain, and been on Oxycodone for two years. I had an anterior cervical discectomy on my neck January 2014. I've been up & down on my doses since the surgery. Hydrocodone 10s to Roxicodone 15mg. A month ago, my pain was under control and almost gone. My pain management doctor & I decided to wean me off of the medication slowly. I cut down from Roxi 15s 5x per day to Oxy 10HCL 4x per day. Was on Norco 10-325 on and off for a few years due to back problems. Had l4/l5 Laminectomy and was sent home with 5mg oxicodone. It's been 16 days since surgery and I tapered down from 2.5 yesterday. Last one last night at 10 pm. Withdrawals kicked in at 2:30 pm today! Not too bad. But the abdominal pain is bad when the immodium wears off. It sounds like you have plain acetaminophen. ... ## Pj, also be aware of the dosage you are taking. Acetaminophen can be hard on the liver so never take too much of it! But yeah, what HOUSE said is correct. The Tylenol #3 has both acetaminophen and codeine in it and is not OTC. ## He is right. The drug manufacturers put Tylenol with the codene so they can kill you if you take over 3,000 mg of Tylenol per day.
