I took about about 50ccs of morphine sulfate at 2am on Monday morning and I haven't dosed in awhile, and I have a drug test this Thursday at 2pm. Will it be out of my urine by then? If anyone can answer this for me I'd greatly appreciate it. I know morphine usually is detectable in your urine up to 3 days, but I only took 2 doses of morphine so it's not that much, but I don't want to fail my test. I also have a high metabolism and I constantly pee. Any advice to help me would be greatly appreciated. ## Take someone else's urine that is clean, put it in a pill bottle or a small gladlock bag and keep it under your breast/bra for a long time before leaving your home to take your test. This is an analgesic, derived from an opiate, so even though it works like an anti-inflammatory, it does have the same addictive qualities and is classified by the FDA as a narcotic. Failed first oral swab test in 3 years. I am a 61 year old disabled man. My Dr. assistant lowered my medication from 2 morphine sulfate 15 mg daily & 3 roxicodones 30 mg also daily. Have now been cut to only the 2 morphine sulfates 15mg er. With this large drop off the doctor said I wouldn't feel withdrawal but after about 6 to 7 hours I do. They only gave me 14 pills for 7 days. For my body chemistry I would have needed 3 of them a day to make it. They are now currently waiting for a note from a psychiatrist specialist in addiction. Last time I got my pain meds refilled at CVS, I ran out on day 22 of a 28 day script. No one in my house abuses my meds and I'm certain the pharmacy shorted me. Does the pharmacist have to fill narcotics or can the techs? I'm gonna count them before I leave next time. Who would I report this to? ## The techs can fill them, but the pharmacist is supposed to count them to make sure they are correct and then, they have to sign off on them. In some cases, depending on the pharmacy policy, you will see their initials on the bottle to verify that they've counted them and verified it is the correct medication. I had my first child at 17 and my second child at 18. I am in a lot of pain due to having 3 epidurals that really messed my back up. Because of my age no doctor i have been to wants to give me anything over a 10mg Vicoden which doesn't really work due to my nerve damage and bulging discs. I refuse to self-medicate bc of my lack of knowledge when it comes to prescription pain killers. At 20 years old with a 3 and 1 year old it's hard to be the mother my children need me to be. Does anyone know if you gain more weight as you increase the milligrams of Lyrica. I've gone from 150mg a day to 600 & still may have to increase, I know weight gain is a side effect but does it ever level out or as I increase my milligram will I continue to gain? I am on Lyrica for CIDP. I have gained a tremendous amount of weight. Exercise is difficult as I can't stand for long at all. Has anyone else found they can't control their weight? So for each 30mg Oxycodone, you'd need 45mgs of Morphine. However because everyone reacts to these medications differently, it's almost like comparing apples and bananas here. Does anyone experience itching of the throat when taking this medication. Just my throat itches, I do not have an itching sensation anywhere else. Nor do I have a rash or hives. I am prescribed 2 5/325 pills every 4-6 hours for pain caused by ovarian cysts. I have taken this medication in the past without any issues. I am on ms contin. I was give a nucynta because I feel and was in a lot of pain. Will it show up differently on my drug test or will it be just an opioid. ## I need this question answered also. will hydrocodone show up as the same as oxycodone in a drug test ## It actually depends on the type of test being used. There are some basic tests that just show the presence of opiates, however, there are others that can show the specific opiate that was taken. If the latter test is used, then they will be able to tell them apart and know you took Hydrocodone. My name is Chris. I moved back to southern Michigan, near the Ann Arbor-Detroit area. I was in pain mgmt. for 7 years being prescribed oxycodone 30mg and SR Opana in the state I moved from. Im on Medicaid here now. I really need someones help in finding a doctor that will give me some kind of continuity of care. I just had 3 surgeries, need one more for my C6-C7, have the worst head pain ever I guess from occipital neurology. I cant sleep, and when I can get to sleep pain wakes me up. Will tramadol show up on a drug test at my probation office ? ## Yes it will!
