Help. I need to know if I took too much medicine this morning on pain pills. I usually take one 10 mg 325 hydrocodone plus one morphine 15 er every morning around 8:30. This morning was my time to change my weekly, well fill my weekly meds in my daily a.M. And p.M. And I was changing the way I take my meds as I also take about 5 different meds at around noon each day. So I was combining the morphine and hydrocodone and the other meds from at 11 in my dailies to take each morning at 8:30. I put my morphine and my adderall in the morning regimen and then with my other meds and when my afternoon pills came along I took those, and about a half an hour after I started feeling weird. So I checked my pill container to see if I mixed up one of my nighttime pills by accident, but that's not ...

My grandson who is in his twenties had a terrible earache. I gave him a zolpidem, a trazodone, excedrin and nyquil. He was still hurting so I gave him a 50 milligram tramadol. Now I am worried about how it will affect him. He is also on antibiotics. Is he going to be okay? Should I stay awake and monitor him? ## Tramadol is mainly used for depression or anxiety, insomnia so not for sure why that would be a good choice since he already had so many other drugs in him. I think he probably was very groggy after sleeping quite a bit but def over medicated. I would have checked every hour. Hope he is better now.

What is the name of the pharmasutical company that makes a pill with a cursive V ## The stylized V logo belongs to the company Vintage/Qualitest. They make many different pharmaceutical products. IS there anything else I can help you with? ## I would like to know what the 7.5-325 hydrocodone looks like from this company. ## I switched from the Mallinckrodt oxycodone 30mg to the Vintage/Qualitest and it is so small and so blue and so much stronger. I've had many operations on my lumbar spine from a car accident. I'm also a cancer survivor.

My 25 year old son died from a poly drug overdose last month. I have the toxicology report which has all the levels of drugs that were in his system at the time he died. He had 710 ng/ml of Methamphetamine, 76.3 Amphetamine, 22.4 ng/ml Morphine in his system at the time he died. There is no mention of Heroin at all in the report. I was told that he had taken a Morphine pill, but had also been taking Methamphetamine that day and had Heroin within a few hours of each other. As soon as he pushed the Heroin he collapsed and died. He had been clean for 3 months until that day. My question is are these levels HIGH? Would 22.4ng/ml of Morphine be considered a large amount? And why doesn't it show Heroin in the toxicology report? ## My son passed away from Fentanyl. Will Oxycontin show up a...

I've been taking Oramorph for several weeks now with no problem, now all of a sudden, I've been feeling very nauseous. I haven't changed the dosage since I was advised to well over two weeks ago. I'm perplexed as to why it's happening all of a sudden. There have been no other changes in my life and I have a contraceptive implant so I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. Any ideas? ## Hello, Charlotte! How are you? I am sorry about the nausea you're experiencing. It can sometimes take a few weeks for all side effects to manifest, after starting a medication. As listed by the U.S. FDA, you may also experience dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. The medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. Have you tried making sure not to take it on ...

I am writing this to all of you with chronic pain. Please ask your PCP if being onPallitive Care would allow him the flexibility to write you your med. you might even be able to split up the Drs allowing for two or more to write medications that will allow you to continue to get the meds needed, at least until you can find a clinic to go to. If your dr says u don’t qualify remind them that yes you do and that Palliative Care was made for persons in our positions. You must ask him to submit you for Palliative Care. So after discussing if it will help him and your other Drs to get your dosagegrs correct for you to function then make sure u ask. ## Not everyone with pain qualifies for palliative care, it really depends on your condition, and how much it limits one's ability to fu...

Hi, my name is Kelly & I'm new here. I've been in PM going on 2 years now for a Spinal cord injury w/ 8 diagnosis to my spine. Started off with Percocet 5 & am now at 10-325 4xd. My Dr. is talking about switching to a stronger pain med due to me building a tolerance on the Perc 10's. I don't truly know what "pill" will be next... I hate these pills but it is reality. I am on several other meds as well. My question today is~ the brand of Percocet I have been getting from the only Pharmacy I've ever gone to are the U17's. Can anyone give their opinion- if they have had this specific "brand"? Before I give mine, I would love to hear what others have to say regarding this brand. I know there are so many brands out there & Watson, I think d...

Look guys, hydrocodone isn't made in India..It is only available in the US, Germany (In pure form for coughs only) and I am not sure about Canada..The good old days of online pharmacies are over, gone. I remember in 2002 you could get 90 10/325 vicodins, and 90 2 mg xanax for $90.00 total..If you see a website that offers the samething run, don't walk away.. You will get ripped off. Only God knows what are in the pills you got, but I am 90% sure they aren;t vicodin..They are probably robaxin, motrin, or any other medications that look like vicodin..It is illegal and dangerous to order off the web now..I am no angel and I am saying this because I ordered for years on the net, from 2001 until 2006, and your chances of getting ripped off today is a lot more than a few years ago..I ...

Hi I am on 25MCG Patches do you ever get used to the weird feeling in your head, or is that the trade off for no pain? ## You mean they actually take you pain away? Do they make you sick to your stomach? If your only problem is a bit of a funny feeling in your hear, then I would say, deal with it. But be careful if you go out driving. If you are pulled over, and act kind of drunk, you will get a DUI. ## All the funny feelings will go away with time. Make sure your Dr. Will continue to treat you and not decide one day you don't need it no more when nothings changed. You'll get sick for a good four days from the withdrawal. No sleep, restless leg syndrome etc. great pain reliever just don't abuse it and it'll work great and in a short time you won't even know you have ...

What is the difference in percocet 10/325 and lortab 10/500, I know the amount of tylenol is different, but I've taken both and the lortab seem to work better than the percocet. Is one stronger than the other? ## Lortab contains Acetaminophen, coupled with the narcotic Hydrocodone. Percocet contains Acetaminophen, coupled with the narcotic Oxycodone. So, it might just be that the Hydrocodone works better for you. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I usually take 5 10/325mg doses of Lortab once daily. How big of a difference would it be to take 5 10/325mg doses of Percocet? Or should I just take 3?

What is a small round white pill with M in a box on one side and 30 with a score line on the other side? Could it be Oxycodone 30mg? ## Hi Ken - The imprint of M 30 (M30) which you provided corresponds with Oxycodone 30 mg immediate release manufactured by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals. The only thing is that those pills should be closer to a very light blue color rather than white. The NDC code is 0406-8530. You can also view an image directly from Mallinckrodt which actually looks closer to white. Hope this helps! How are you? The main issue here is trying to find a doctor that will prescribe any specific medication. Is this drug effective for tooth ache ## Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic that can help with mild to moderate pain, so it may give some pain relief. However, if the tooth ache has been caused by an infection, it isn't going to do anything to clear that up, nor will it help with any possible swelling that may be involved. Have you consulted a dentist? ## I have sensitive teeth and so fed up of tooth extraction. Hello. I have a standing prescription for percocet through my doctor. I go through the normal pain visits, etc. I will be having neck surgery soon and I am wondering: will they prescribe more for my recovery period on top of what I have? I understand you have to take more than normal at times due to pain after surgery and I am worried I will run out of my "normal" script that I can only get filled at certain times.
