Interpreting Toxicology Report From Fatal Overdose

My 25 year old son died from a poly drug overdose last month. I have the toxicology report which has all the levels of drugs that were in his system at the time he died. He had 710 ng/ml of Methamphetamine, 76.3 Amphetamine, 22.4 ng/ml Morphine in his system at the time he died. There is no mention of Heroin at all in the report. I was told that he had taken a Morphine pill, but had also been taking Methamphetamine that day and had Heroin within a few hours of each other. As soon as he pushed the Heroin he collapsed and died. He had been clean for 3 months until that day. My question is are these levels HIGH? Would 22.4ng/ml of Morphine be considered a large amount? And why doesn't it show Heroin in the toxicology report?
