Two months ago I went to my pain clinic to pick up my prescriptions for 120 60mg morphine pills and 90 30mg morphine pills .My prescriptions were changed without warning to 60 100mg morphine pills and 45 30mg morphine pills. I've been on this medication for 5yrs. and the dosage for over a year.My pain was manageable but not now. I was told everyone was cut back due to dea regulations. I took 80mg of percocet in a 3 day span. I have a script for 5mg perc. 3 times a day. If I went in for a urine test would I test fine for the amount of percocet needing to be in my system or would it be too much. ## That is considerably more than the amount you are prescribed for the same time period, so yes, it is likely that your levels will be off on the test. A round, white tablet with RDY on one side and the numbers 292 on the opposite side is listed as containing 50mgs of Sumatriptan, the active ingredient in Imitrex, which is most commonly used to treat migraines. I found several small, round, orange pills in the cabinet under my sink today. The letters "OP" are printed on one side, and the number "40" is printed on the other side. I am a 33 yr old woman being treated by Pain Mgmt Dr. for chronic pain as a result of 3 failed elbow surgeries and nerve damage. My current dosage is 50mcg/hr every 48 hrs with up to 4 oxycodone per day for break through pain. I know the patch is suppose to be a good medication for pain control, but I am really considering asking to change to a different medication because of the sweating problems I have on the Fentanyl and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I have reduced my pain medication over the past few years from around 8-10 immediate release Percocet a day, (which in retrospect seems kinda crazy for my intractable pain), to 3 morphine er 30's a day, with 2 15mg IR's for breakthrough pain. Desperately trying to reduce them had been MY desire, not doctors. That being said, my constant, chronic pain was hard to manage at 3 ER's a day, so my doctor had raised then to 4 a day. That dosage seemed perfect for me, and after a long time, had enabled me to work and try to get my life back on track after years of suffering. My dog has been taking Tussigon for cough for over a year, and suddenly, DEA changed status of Tussigon. We were not be able to fill medications for two weeks, and we were considered put him down. However, we found an Emergency Vet who has Tussigon, and we got it from him. A lot of vets don'w know the regulation changes by DEA, so they don't have a right prescription pad to write Tussigon. I have been having chronic back pain for 4 years now. It started after my son was born. After seeing many doctors and specialists and having MRI's and CT scans (neither of which revealed any obvious issues) I was finally diagnosed with having Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction which are problems with my SI Joints in my hips - my doctor said it had something to do with my pregnancy.
