What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and ran out of my hydrocodone prescription, I also was prescribed a muscle relaxer carisoprodol for my back pains can I take ibuprofen 600 mg with my muscle relaxer until hydrocordone can be filled. ## Using the University of Maryland Medical Center's (umm.edu) drug interaction tool, their webpage doesn't display any interactions between Carisoprodol and Ibuprofen. Based off this information alone I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be safe to use the two together; outside of their own individual side effects. I am prescribed Norco 750 for pain. I came down with bronchitis and was also prescribed cough medicine with codiene which I took at bedtime but did not take my norco as usual. I had one at 4 pm the night before I had my urine tested and one an hour and a half before my urine test. The doctor did a strip test and informed me that it was negative. She has sent it out to a lab for further testing. I have terrible anxiety and am wondering if the lab test is going to show positive? Will there be any norco found in my urine? Same as many: pain doc retired. Must find a new one. I've been on high doses of pain meds (so I hear) 30mg mscontin 3x day, 20mg oxycodone up to 80mg per day. Doc retired. I receive a monthly script for Percocet 7.5 but due to the stresses on me (job,parenting, elderly parents) I finished the 30 day supply early. A friend gave me about a dozen round, white pills marked "WATSON 749". I had to use all of them to get through this month. My doctor's office likes to run comprehensive urine tests, I think it's a 13 or 14 (or more?) panel test to make sure patients are taking only their own meds. NOW I am paranoid that the urine test I will be obliged to take tomorrow 6/17 may reveal that I took these "Watson 749" pills along with my regular Percocet......Does anyone know if these two pills will show up as identical or different substances on a 14 panel urine screening???? How to tell if the Percocet 10/325 with m523 on one side are bad, is there any way to tell? ## Idk, but M522 are good oxycodone 7.5mg; white, oblong; get at Walmart. If you get withdrawal symptoms when stopping them, they're a genuine brand. ## Yea they're a good brand. They do have bad / fake ones going around but you can tell by the 1 on the 10. I just realized when I took my nighttime meds that I had just taken an OxyContin 60mg about an hour before that. (so I took two about an hour apart). I'm afraid I could overdose, but I know addicts probably take much more than that, so I'm not sure if I'm safe or not...I've been on this drug for well over 6 years ( 60mg at least 3 of those years), so I think I have a pretty good tolerance for it-what should I do? When I asked, why they filled my generic Percocet with a new one manufactured by, Camber, this is what I was told. And, I quote, “There’s a nationwide shortage of the other generic Percocet so, Walgreens’s has to get whatever is available.” I don’t believe that statement. Has anyone heard this explanation? Henry ## Every company is given a certain amount that they are allowed to produce, according to DEA regulations. Once they hit that limit, they can no longer manufacture any more, until they are given their new allotment from them. From time to time it goes on backorder because there may not be enough to meet the demand. I thought it was a non-narcotic pill but it gives me the same feeling as would Lortab or Codiene. ## tramadol would not show up in a hair drug test. Also it would not show up in a urine rapid screening test. Most rapid screening test are calibrated for morphine. I was given a round light green pill for pain. It's imprinted with K8 on one side and a score mark on the opposite side. All I keep finding is Oxycodone 15mg, but all of those are scored through the K and the 8. Any ideas? ## The real version of this light green Oxycodone hydrochloride 15mg tablet has a score line in between the K | 8 on the front and nothing on the back. I want to know if morphine shows up as the same thing as opana on a urine drug test ## What's Opana Bro? ## It depends on what type of a urine test you will have to take. If it is a GC/MS lab test it is doubtful morphine would show up as Opana which is oxymorphone. IF it is a urine dip test like you buy at the store Opana might show up on a morphine test if the levels of opana are very very high. ## I don't think it has anything to do with the test. Morphine shows up as opiates. Opana is oxymorphone and I don't know if it shows up opiates like hydromorphone does or if it requires a separate test like oxycodone does. I am taking morphine sul 100 bid and lyrica 200 bid. ive been taking this for quit awhile but recently was increased to 100 from 75 and from 150 to 200 respectfully. The last two days I've been getting tightness in my chest and it feel hard to breath is this a side effect of the two and if so shouldn't of it showed when I started taking them together. I ve been on morphine for almost 2yrs at 75. and the lyrica was just started the end of last year it started at 50 and gone up since then. My ex-husband has had 5 lower back surgeries and has permanent nerve damage. He also has rods and pins in his back that one screw pushed on his spinal cord and had to be removed-lots of scar tissue. He's having a neurologist for many years. My ex has been on fentanyl 100 patch putting a new patch every 48 hours and oxycotin 5 was 6 times a day now he has been cut to 4 a day. I've been through hell and back since Walgreens filled my last Percocet prescription with a NEW generic manufactured by Camber. Many side affects I've never had in 20 years of being on and off Opioids. ( constipation, nausea, headaches, and felt weird mentally) My GP and pain doctor had never heard of it until I showed them Cambers website. At least til my next refill ## Unfortunately no, the strongest thing available over the counter, in the U.S., is Aleve, which is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
