I took 1 hydrocodone on a friday. If I take a drug test on Tuesday will I be fine? ## I THINK HYDROCODE IS A THREE DAY DRUG DRINK PLENT OF FLUIDS, NOW IF YOU HAVE A PRECRIPTION FOR THEM ALL YOU DO IS TAKE IT WITH YOU AND THEY WILL NOT LOOK FOR THAT MOST SIMPLE DRUG TEST ONLY CHECK FOR THREE TTHINGS AND HYDROCODE IS NOT ONE OF THEM ## A standard drug test WILL pick up Hydrocodone, because it tests for opiate narcotics and that IS exactly what Hydrocodone is. That said, this is NOT a 3 day drug, if you've only taken one and haven't been taking high doses regularly, then you can count on it being out of your system in 24 to 36 hours. However, as was stated, if these are prescribed for you, you do need to report that when you have the drug test done. Did you do so?
