When should I take them for the levels to show up the highest in a urine test? ## Did you get an answer? I"m in the same situation . ## If I had 1 pill left an ran out before I go back to pain Dr an I take half that night an the other half day of my my Dr appointment will it show on my system enough ## What is the ng cut off level at pain clinics for drug test,is it 50 ,20 ,15 ## At the doctor I think that it might be 20ng and then if they find anything it go to 50ng. The pain doctor did gas spectrometer and I would expect that to be about 50ng.
Anyone out there ready to protest this? What do you think? I want to do a walk on Washington or something big to get their attention. ## Yes, yes, yes also use the media and file malpractice. Liability cuts both ways. I did not set my dose so high, doctors did. My pain issues well documented and legit. We need to organize. They collectively made billions and now Rats leaving the ship while we drown. If they really cared about addiction and overdose the educational part of the guidelines would be happening. It is not, time is money and they are evidently not wasting it on patients. ## Petitions can be a great way to gather support from around the world. Vlogs are another option that speak to human emotion. And sharing your story here on MedsChat can also act as a unique form of protestin...
What is difference between the two pills?which one is stronger ## Hello, Punkin! How are you? The tablet with the AN 617 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. However, the tablet with the 377 marking is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list is only containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it is the stronger one. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I take 50mg. of Tramadol by Anmeal . It is AN627. What is in this pill? And can I request the 377 from my pharmcay?
I'm wondering if I'll have any kind of withdrawals going from 120 mg of Oxycodone a day down to 60 mg a day or will things be fine since I'll still have it in my system? ## Yes, you will likely experience some minor withdrawal effects, which the FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, rebound pain and chills. That's a pretty big drop, it's usually best to do a slow, gradual taper. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you very much. Do you know about how long that will last? ## I went down from 120 mg Oxycodone to 60 mg & I'm going on my first 24 hrs with only a single 20 mg pill left can someone please tell me what I can do about withdrawals for 2 days & detox isn't an option for me...Thank you ## You can take Imodium....
My pain management doctor currently has me on 10/350 Narco 1 three times a day. i see him for my follow up tomorrow morning. My aunt has lukimia and some other problems with pain and takes 25mg fentanyl patches. i was out of town visiting them and didn't take my prescription with them and as i was helping them move i was in pain. she loaned me one of her fentanyl patches and it really helped a lot!! thinking of talking to my pain mang. doctor about if he will let me try some of them out. what are the odds he would switch me to fentanyl from narco 10/350's (1 three times a day)? if he does say i can try it if i want will he still keep me on the narco just in case the patch dosnt work as well for me? the narco helps me a lot but the fentanyl patch worked really really well. i was ...
My pharmacist that I have known for years due to chronic pain from cancer/severe spinal injuries and a totaled knee, told me last week that it is the DEA that has created the change in ALL pain meds. I have been on Watson Norco for 10 years and now I am in severe withdrawal with actavis buying out Watson. It is unbearable and my pharmacist said that people will DIE because of not being forewarned or informed ahead of time. This is all due to the people that use the drugs recreationally; and whatever else they do has ruined it for us real patients. We all know the DEA is like God and they don't even care about us real patients that have medical records, etc. I have been suffering for over a month now and my pain doc is on an extended vacation. Thank goodness for my pharmacist at leas...
I have been on Dilaudid for over 2 years now and I can't seem to get off of it. I'm under a doctor's care, but anyone who is on it knows it's very addicting! I think like everybody else, it's no good if you take it orally. It's only effective other ways. I always run out of Dilaudid before my prescription is ready to refill and recently I filled a script for oxycontin 40 mg to see if they could replace my 4 mg Dilaudid. However, I took 1/2 of a 40 mg. and felt nothing. An hour later I took my 4 mg Dilaudid and it seems to have worked. But they are very short lived, that's why for chronic pain they like to give these stupid time release pain pills. How many mg.'s does equal the same amount of Dilaudid? I also would like to know if anyone has ever tapered o...
I am taking morphine sulfate er 30mg tablets twice a day and also taking morphine sulfate imm rel 15mg once, sometimes twice a day. Finances won't allow me to get the morphine er at this time. Question: what is dosage of morphine imm per day without morphine er for 5 or 6 day until I can get the morphine er? ## They are both Morphine, so the dosage would be the same, however, the problem you are going to run into is that it is not going to last as long and since it is being released into your body much faster, this will potentiate the side effects, such as the nausea, dizziness and constipation that it can cause. Have you consulted with your doctor? You should really do so, before you try anything of this nature. It would probably work better for managing your pain to take a lower d...
I have severe Fibromyalgia and i am hurting non stop 24/7 in my neck, back, legs, and feet. I hurt so bad that the smallest task is so difficult for me to do. I can't function during the day and no matter what sleeping meds I take I can't sleep. The problem is I am 22 and no-one wants to give me much of anything for the pain. And won't take my pain very seriously because of my age. I am not trying to get high. I am DESPERATE for some relief so I can have some quality of life. Can someone please let me know of a doctor in the Chattanooga area or somewhere around there (I am willing to travel a bit) that gives out oxycodon freely? Preferably one that doesn't have to have my doctor request me because I'm afraid he won't because again he doesn't think I'm as ...
Can someone ID a small oval pill with 1p 110 inscribed on it? The package says 10/325 on back. ## I think its a Hydrocodone/APAP 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg APAP. ## This could actually be the Hydrocodone/APAP, which the brand name is Norco, or this could be Oxycodone/APAP, which the brand name is Percocett. It means that you have either 10 miligrams of hydrocodone or 10 miligrams of oxycodone, and only 325 milligrams of tylenol, which is the least amount of tylenol that they prescribe with these. It depends on the color and any othe rmarkings of the pill, which one you have. It is a pain killer. ## The correct marking is actually IP 110 (not 1P 110), and randolph is correct, it is Acetaminophen / Hydrocodone 10 / 325 mg. (NDC 50268-408 among others)
What added ingredients are in the Aurick brand of hydrocodone 10/325? Does it cause stomach issues? ## From what I can gather, Auric Pharmaceuticals is based in Islamabad, Pakistan and their website does not list Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (10/325), nor Hydrocodone by itself as something they make: aurikpharmaceuticals.com/our-products Sounds like a counterfeit medication to me, unless Auric Pharmaceuticals use to manufacture this product. It may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer directly for verification at: aurikpharmaceuticals.com/contact-us NOTE: Google doesn't come with any relevant search results for the spelling "Aurick", but it does for "Auric". Hope this helps!
i am looking for a drug store who has a quantity of 240 Endocets 10/325 yellow within or near zip code 08052 ## I found a pharmacy-locator site, that uses your zip code to find nearby pharmacies within a given mile range. There's roughly 25 different pharmacies within 10miles of your zip code based on this: Phone numbers and addresses are included in the list after you verify your zip code; so I would suggest calling a number of them to see if anyone can fill your prescription. You may have to consider getting a few smaller prescriptions from different places to fit your need if no one has 240 available. Hope this helps! ## i can only use endocet as the fillers in the other brands make an allergic reaction, living in zip code 98034 ## I'm looking for a pharmacy that carries qual...
My mother in law just moved down here from SC. She's in need of a GOOD pain management doctor as she has had 2 back surgeries and has had a broken skull 3 times. She's on SSI and Medicaid. ## Hello, Bella! How is she doing? Since she is on Medicaid, the easiest way to get her the help she needs will most likely be by getting her in with a new PCP, then having them refer her to a PM specialist. Does anyone know of any good doctors in that area? ## I have been on oxycodone 10mg 4×day, for 5 years. I have had 3 neck surgeries, one back surgery, a hip replacement, and I have arthritis all over... including my spine. My doctor suddenly stopped the oxycodone and gave me xtampza 13mg, 2× daily. Not only am I in severe pain, I am dizzy and have blurry vision. Any thoughts? Can...
Those are the exact ones I came across.. From my reaserch I think they are fake to be honest ## They are counterfeit. Rhodes does not sell any such product. ## Are you the person who originally posted about these pills? I can't even find my comment I left yesterday or the day before. The same person just gave me two tan oblong pills and said they were also from India. No markings except a line going down the middle. He has a bad tooth ache and he said they helped a lot. I'm very skeptical of taking either of these pills because they don't have imprints. I took a whole white round pill that the package said was distributed from Rhodes pharmaceuticals and manufactured by Purdue. It didn't do anything to me. Again the pill didn't do anything for me and 80mg you would th...
I just want to know if 12mg of hydromorph contin is stronger or weaker than morphine 200mg. Is hydromorph contin a strong opioid just in general? ## Hello, Annabelle! How are you? Each 12mgs of Hydromorphone is equal to 48mgs of Morphine, so the Hydromorphine is stronger, by a ratio of 1 to 4, each 1mg of it is equal to 4mgs of Morphine. The U.S. FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Is hydromorphine clear colored as well? Out of curiosity not for use.
A weird tablet with ML77 on one side. It's white and oblong. Would love to know what it is because we found it in our friend's room and want to make sure they are not abusing medications. ## The tablet is a Panadol Osteo tablet ## Hello Alpha Senpai, Meg is correct, the pill that you are describing is a Panadol Osteo Tablet. Here is some additional info that I pulled up from the manufacturers website. This pill is used for the relief of persistent pain associated with osteoarthritis and is not a prescription medicine so it can be picked up over the counter at available convenience stores. The active ingredient in this pill is paracetamol. Below I linked a picture just to verify that this is the pill you are describing. I hope this information helps. Have a great day and let me ...
I'm trying to get the answer for what pill I have. I got the pill from Belize and was told it was Lortab 30mg but I'm not sure. It's a white circle pill, plain on one side and ParaCo 500/30 on the other side. What is it ## I got the pill from in Belize and was told it was Lortab 30mg but I'm not sure. It's a white circle pill, plain on one side and ParaCo 500/30 on the other side. What is it ## I bought it too. They told me it was hydrocodone. Turns out it is codeine and paracetamol. It was very expensive - $50 for 20 tablets. I am really mad that it is not what they told me it was. I just wanted to have some extra hydrocodone on hand, and now that I know what this is, it's not what I need. ## Just to confirm, my findings here also suggest that this pill contains...
In a recent comprehensive analysis of clinical and public health strategies for opioid therapy, a news article by the Journal of American Medical Association asks, "among US insurers, what are the coverage policies for pharmacologic treatments for low back pain?" Findings from their studies demonstrate the need for insurance companies to redesign their coverage policies in order to improve pain management protocol and reduce opioid-related conundrums. Their abstract outlines the importance of taking time to understand US insurer's medication coverage policies for the treatment of chronic (noncancer) pain and which medications these policies include. "Conclusions and Relevance - Given the effect of coverage policies on drug utilization and health outcomes, these findings ...
I have had to take generic tylenol 4 for a while since drs cant prescribe anything else. DEA fears I suppose... Surprise, yet a new generic brand aurobindo pharma...Not good!!! First time I've ever felt more pain after taking a medication and also feel very agitated and flush... I know how my medication works and this is just horrible horrible horrible... I called the pharmacy and they said there should be no difference... Really? This is very scary. Such a drastic change... ## This tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma and they list it as containing 60mgs of Codeine with 300mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. It isn't tha...
So this s what I heard. The Walgreens brand that everyone was accustomed to was a Watson product and apparently a lot of their distribution was in Puerto Rico. The Hurricanes that hit the area in PR affected the distribution and production of Oxycodone at Walgreens. I went to almost all of there stores in mid December without any luck finally I resorted to CVS which had a Mallinkrodt product. Walgreens had to resolve their shortage as they were losing customers that 10 day period they negotiated with Camberwhich is actually a company from India that just set up shop and company in New York September of 2017. So I don't know if that is the product they are sticking with until Watson products become reliable or if they signed a contract. All I can say is I hope they have higher qualit...
