So I have a prescription for Endocet 10-325ZMG but I ran out and I took 2 of my wife's oxycodone 10Mg. I might have a UA tomorrow for work. Will they be able to tell the difference between the two pills in my UA? ## no, if it is a standard drug screen done by your job they both will only show as opiates. Now if you were to go to pain clinic for pain management they have more specific testing and I cannot say for certain that they will show up the same or different for that matter. It is always best to take your prescription as prescribed and avoid taking other peoples prescriptions as im sure you know. good luck to you! ## You are 100 percent fine, no worries they have the same main ingredient which is Oxycodone the only difference is one has tylenol and one does not. Since tylenol ...

I am currently on 4 30mg oxycodone ir a day and 2 2mg dillaudid a day and the oxycodone only last 2 hours and the dilaudid doesn't work at all.I've had 2 major surgeries and I'm I'm only 24 and day in day out in extreme constant pain. My question is would switching to OxyContin the new formula be as effective or would swithing to opana be better? Does it have a good euphoria to it Does it have the same euphoria or is it less effective than what I'm on? If anybody can help me out with that I would appreciate it. ## The euphoria that some people experience from these types of medications is purely a temporary side effect and has no bearing on whether or not they are working. It will always wear off as your body gets used to the current dosage and you'd have to keep...

Take roxys on a regular basis have drug test tomorrow. What's the best way to clean out? ## The most effective way to clean out and detox your system (in my opinion) is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercise at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night. Consistency is key here... It's you're really pushed for time though, I would probably consider getting one of those detox/cleanse kits they sell at local health food stores. Also, certain teas or oils are good for cleansing the blood, liver, kidneys, and so forth. I hope this info helps! ## i have oxycodone in my sysem and have to pass a drug screen on wednesday, what...

I was taking activis 30mg IR for a long time. It worked really well on pain with minimal narcotic effect. Now they only have KVK brand oxycodone. This is by far the worst medication for pain I have ever had. It has a strong long lasting narcotic effect with no pain relief at all. I'm taking it back to my Dr and getting a new perscription. Does anyone know who carries Activis and/or a brand that is comparable? ## Hi Rong, I find it interesting that the KVK tech is working better for you than the Actavis brand, because many people on here are actually taking the time out to file complaints with the FDA about the lack of efficacy coming from Actavis's other pain medications - (namely Percocet). However, when it comes to finding out what's in stock, a lot of pharmacies aren'...

What is this round white pill marked with GPI A325, and blank on the other side? Is it a form of Tylenol or Oxycodone and is it hard on the stomach? ## It's 325 mg Acetaminophen. It's supplied by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. It can be purchased over the counter (OTC). It's not necessarily hard on the stomach but, like all acetaminophen, can be hard on the liver if taken too much/often. ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals also list this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and is available over the counter. The FDA warns that it can cause some nausea, and stomach irritation as side effects, along with headache, and dizziness. Do you suffer from stomach issues? Are you on any other medications? Whether or not you can safely take this really depends on the...

For all who live in Florida you are aware of the terrible problem of filling narcotic pain medication prescriptions. I am not connected with this petition but want you to be aware of it and I am providing a link to this petition so hopefully pharmacies will be forced to carry adequate supply of medication for refills. I moved to Florida to retire from Missouri. I am sorry I made this choice as I must go sometime weeks waiting on a pharmacy any of them to have quantity to fill my script. As you know 9 out of 10 times the pharmacies never have any on hand. Then we are forced to drive (not able to call) to pharmacy to other pharmacy to see if they can fill it. The law in Florida is so strict you cannot leave your prescription at the pharmacy to be filled, nor can you be provided by phone i...

Are they as effective as activas? ## I just got these for the first time and wish I had known prior to walking out of the pharmacy. I've been taking 30mg oxycodone for almost 6 years and normally take the Qualitest, but after calling around to 12 pharmacy's the only place that had them was Costco. I just assumed that every place carried the little blue pills and to be honest had no idea that these even exsisted, but I also assumed as long as it had 30mg of oxycodone, that I would be ok. I couldnt have been more wrong. These Mylan pills have ZERO effect on my pain and if I didnt know any better I would of thought that all I was really taking was sugar pills. Not only do they not have any pain relieving effect to them, but I cant see a damn thing because they cause my eye sight to...

I have taken a total of (2) 5MG Oxycodone in the past 90 days. I recently had to get a hair follicle test done (with expanded opiates). One Oxycodone was taken about 90 days before, and the other exactly 7 days before my hair test. I am looking to see if anyone has any experience with passing / failing the hair test at these low dosages? I am not sure what the cutoff levels are, but I think it 100 PG/MG. I haven't slept in 3 days I am so nervous. Thanks for any replies. ## I had a similar issue last year and passed. However, I think the cutoff was 200 pg/mg. I heard that new tests look at 100 pg/mg, or even lower - like any trace at all. Good luck ## I know someone is a very similar circumstance. Did it show up in your test?

I work and cant be falling out on the job. Hello all. For the last 6 months, i've been prescribed various meds/treatments/pain meds for severe head pressure and neck pain. I had to stop taking any form of Hydrocodone because it makes my skin breakout in open sores (gross, i know). On May 6th, my PCP prescribed me Oxycodone 10mg 4times daily with great results and it made me very fuctional. He gave me another script for the same medication and when i went to the pharmacy, they filled it and when i got home, i notices the tablets/drug company was different. Well, was i in for a suprise. The new generics my pharmacy had were made by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and are imported from India? Well, to say the least, i've been taking almost twice my dosage to get the same effect. There's no way on earth that my tolerance doubled i...

THE ONES IV SEEN ARE MORE OF A ORANGE COLOR AND SMALLER JUST LIKE THE NAME BRAND ACTUALLY EXCEPT WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS ON ONE SIDE. THIS ONES MUCH BIGGER AND ALMOST A CREAMYELLOW COLOR. POISON CONTROL DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT IN THEIR COMPUTER. ## Just to add some details, the generic versions of Oxycontin are no longer available in the U.S. The FDA had them removed from the market and has now restricted manufacturing to only the name brand produced by Purdue. Pharmacy recently changed my generic 5 mg / 325 pills. The original capsule-shaped, white, U15 imprint (Aurolife pharma llc - pill search result) to a round, white, 512 imprint (Mallinckrodt inc - also pill search result). The "new" pill also has "APAP" on the label; I can't say for certain the original (U15) had that designation, though it may have. The "new" pill makes me feel "differently", and not in a good way. Before I speak with my pharmacist, I wanted to understand why or how they might cause this difference. ## Both of the tablets you've mentioned contain 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so they are the same. APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen, so that's not anything different or new. This is a narcotic analges...

I received results from a hair follicle drug test and I'm not sure what the levels mean. The test showed positive for expanded opiates, more specifically oxycodone. The level was around 3900 pg/mg. The test was for 90 days. What does this mean about the tested person's drug use? ## It really depends on what information you're looking for in response to your question. For instance, if they haven't been prescribed Oxycodone, so they aren't supposed to be taking it, then the detection of any would be considered a failure of the test. However, if you're asking what the level means according to the dosage they're taking if it's been prescribed, then only their prescribing doctor can provide you with that information, because there are many factors that go into...

i have been having a very strong toothach and i went to the doctor and he prescribed this tabs for me and any time i took it the pains comes down but i feel very week ## Oxycodone is a narcotic pain reliever, the FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Penicillin is classified by the FDA as an antibiotic that is used to treat, or prevent bacterial infections. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications?

I am trying to find out where to fill my prescription for the Oxycodone HCL 30 mg #240 which I take 8 a day. I sitll go to Bon Secours Pain Mgmt in Portsmouth Va and have been going to for the past 10 years for this problem. I need help so I don't have to pay over $200 for this prescription. Trying to find a dr. in portland, oregon. ive had chronic pain for over 10 years and my medical wont cover anymore. The pain is unbearable now and I need several surgeries to not be in pain including 2 back surgeries. If someone could please help me find a good DR. that isnt under someones thumb that would really help. thank you ## Hello, Trish! How are you? I am very sorry about the problems you are dealing with, being in pain is horrible. However, if your medical insurance will no longer cover it, that is not going to change, even if you see a different doctor. I mean a doctor can request authorization, but they can't force your insurance to cover anything. Additionally, all doctors are under the 'thumb' of the government, if they are thought to prescribe medications inapp...
