In 2012 I had a spinal fusion that didn't go well. I'm partially paralyzed on my left side. I've been going to a pain management clinic & they've had me on oxycodone 10mg 4 times a day & OxyContin 10mg 3 times a day. I've never had a pill count that was off & always passed the UA. Suddenly in November I'm 8 short on my OxyContin & my results come back with hydro in my system. I have Crohn's disease and IBS that causes severe debilitating abdominal pain and have been prescribed oxycodone and morphine to help control it. However, now that I've moved to Richmond Virginia I can't find any pain management doctors that are willing to treat stomach pain. I've hit a dead end, and don't know what to do. the capsule i saw had no imprints or colored lines separating the red and blue.... was this an authentic oxycodone 30??? ## If there were no imprints, then it wasn't a legal, manufactured Oxycodone from the U.S. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The only way a capsule containing Oxycodone wouldn't have imprints, would be if a doctor specially ordered a certain dosage and combination of the medication, which had to be done by a compounding pharmacy. In those cases, the capsules are also usually clear, not red and blue. Are there any other questions? ## I just got the same thing. I was diagnosed 5 years ago with DDS and at first by back pain was minimal. After a year or so it began to get bad enough for me to see the Dr. every 3 months or so for a prescription of Oxycodone and 800mg Ibuprofen. I have since moved and my Dr I have now told me flat out he would not give me "narcotics". Why do Dr's treat us this way. I have medical records showing my valid medical issue. For 7 yrs. I have been prescribed 15 mg.Oxycodone I.R. And the pharmacy has always been consistent with Activis Brand : 15 on 1 side / A214 on the other. My pharmacy has switched to Mallincrodt with the markings of M on 1 side / 15 on the other side. Does anybody have input as to which they believe to be better / worse ? Just curious as do have a good tolerance and have Never Abused ! The new brand being Mallincrodt seem to have made me itchy and I have the ' Runs ' . My roommate keeps taking my medication. Finally I started hiding it. I think she may have found my meds took some and replaced what she took with pressed or fake M/523. The one I think is real doesn't rub off on my hand when I handle them. When I line up the pills all face up with the M/523 showing and then flip them over all the same way, some of the imprints on the back are upside down and some right side up. I got 15 pills which are supposed to be 30 mg Oxycodone. I have always filled my Rx in the USA. I need to know a few more details. Bad batches are stamped on the edges and the 215 is slightly off center to the right. I'm gonna take a pic side by side, they're COMPLETELY FAKE. The ones that are h are extremely dark in color.
