Crohn's Disease Ibs Pain Management Doctor

I have Crohn's disease and IBS that causes severe debilitating abdominal pain and have been prescribed oxycodone and morphine to help control it. However, now that I've moved to Richmond Virginia I can't find any pain management doctors that are willing to treat stomach pain. I've hit a dead end, and don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can recommend a doctor who would treat me? I'm willing to travel and I don't care if they take my insurance. I just want to get treatment. Please help.

I have a name of a wonderful doctor in Fredericksburg. It is called Comfort and Wellness... Dr. Garland Green... He is wonderful. I went there and the guy that sees us before the Dr. told me when you come back just bring in 11 or your percocet which is what I did. HE WAS WRONG was then put on the weekly pill count. I had three pills of Oxymorphone and it was four hours one way to go get them. The receptionist was the one that counted my pills out front of everybody. he is very understanding and will do his best to help you. She and the owner of the practice dismissed me. I am devastated... I cannot find anybody to go to. He is an addiction counselor ... so any pill seekers will be found out immediately.. Just saying... If somebody can help me with a new doctor...PLEASE!!!
