I have an m squared blue with only a split no 30 on other side. It's bigger that a roxy 30. I take hydromorph contin and hydromorphone for pain and my doctor did a urine test on me I'm also taking adderal, cloazapam,risperidal,divalproex and on my urine test results I tested postive both times for oxycodone how is this possible when I've not takin it at all. ## If your doctor is using a non-certified test, then false positives can occur anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. It is also well known the synthetic and semi-synthetic opiates, such as the Hydromorphone, can cause false positives on them for others in the same class, such as Oxycodone. What has your doctor said about it?

ive been on oxycodone 15mgs for about 3 months for chronic back pain and now this month no pharmacy has it does anyone know whats going on ## I'm sorry, but it is hard to know what pharmacy has any given medication in stock, at any given time. There was a shortage, due to imposed manufacturing limits at the end of the year, so it may just be taking awhile for all pharmacies to get a supply back in to fill prescriptions. Have they given you any estimate of when they might have it back in stock?

A doctor had me on 30 mgs of oxycodone two every three hrs.I have been on this med for more than 14 years and the reason he kept me on this like he did was thast i couldnt afford the long acting.First was it wrong for him to do and if so exactly why and second what are we going to do about the war on doctors and what can a person do to get the help they need.Im not a drug and i am on per disability for real health problems but its a forest trying to get help nopw days,any suggetions. ## It isn't wrong for a doctor to try to help with your pain to the best of his ability and in a manner that you agree with. How much oxycodone can u take and still be under the 2000 nl cutoff level on a mouth swab drug test? ## I am prescibed 10 30's a day. My doctor is starting a swab test. I never take all 10 a day. Will the swab test be able to detect the levels of what i am taking??

are they better, are they only orally taken ## There is no capsule shaped, red, time released Oxycodone on the U.S. market. It is only available as the name brand and the 30mg tablet is a round, brown tablet, with either an OC, or an OP on one side and the number 30 on the other. What are the markings on the tablet you have? And yes, all such tablets should only be taken orally.

don't know much about it. Was given after cervical fusion c6-7, curious about its ability to reduce withdrawal after use of months opiates, either oxycodone or hydrocodone for neck and arm pain, for me it had some benefit in that it stopped anxiety enough to rest post surgery but I was getting low dosage opiate and was slow to come out of anesthesia. This was 15 years ago. Is this still used? are there better ways? It seems like I was angry to reduce so quickly since I was cooperative and congruent with goal of opiate free but It seemed like a very difficult process anyway. Almost cruel in a way but it did get me out of the hospital quickly. I've been taking 4 roxy's a day for a week and i have a urine test friday however i've been drinking water and lemonade and taking a natural detox that cleans your blood,kidneys and liver I weigh105.8 and I metabolize quickly any suggestions? ## How did the test turn out? For future reference, most narcotics, including Oxycodone, are detectable in a urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after you last take them. There is no precise time frame that can be given, because it is always going to vary from person to person, depending on your own metabolism, overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and many other factors.

actaully i know two emts personally and oxycodone left sitting for years does not lose potency. sinec its made up of different chemicals then hydrocodone or codeine it gains potency strength over the years. ## Do you have any links to articles or videos explaining this? It sounds good and hopefully it is true; but definitely would be tragic if someone took this advice and got sick from an expired pill...just saying. I do agree that certain drugs are actually okay to take after expiration, whereas others such as antibiotics can become toxic; but nothing lasts forever without expressing signs of degeneration. The only real way to know how long a drug can maintain it's potency after expiration, would be to have it lab tested periodically. There's a good little article linked below ...

My pharmacist showed me a article on vitamin D and how it could reduce the number of oxy that I needed. I bought some vitamin D tablets because I didn't want to pay $30. The tablets didn't change so I went back and got what she recommended. Since taking the isotonix vitamin D I am down to only 2 oxys a day. Has anyone else heard about this? ## What actually happens is that regular use of narcotics, such as Oxycodone, causes loss of Vitamin D in the body, which in turn can cause worsening pain. So supplementing it back can help improve that, so the pain is lessened and you require less of the narcotic medications. Is there anything else I can help with?

im trying to get a answer cause im not quite understanding because i never taken tramadol ## If the doctor or lab isn't using an actual certified test, false positives can occur anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. It is also well known that synthetic and semi-synthetic opiates can cause false positives for their relatives and, while it isn't classified as a straight narcotic, Tramadol is distantly related. Is there anything else I can help with?

Just had back surgery and ran out of percoset over the weekend and am in great discomfort. Even though I can refil tomorrow, what can I use in the meantime to get me by? ## I see this was posted a few months ago. How did you fare? For future reference, in such cases, you should always contact the prescribing doctor. There is nothing available over the counter that is going to be as effective as the Oxycodone in this and, having had the surgery can limit what would be safe for you to take.

One side has a capital M with a square around it. The other side has a 05 on one half and 52 on the other half. I found a small brite pink round pill with k scored line and 58 on the bottom the other side has no markings thanks for your help ## I think the marking is actually K 56 and it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, which is a regular release formulation, it is a narcotic analgesic. I live in Fl and am moving to St Louis and need to find a pain managment doctor in St Louis. The average amount of time it takes for it to be completely out of your system varies on the type of test. For a urine test it can take 8-24hrs; for a saliva test it can take 1-2 days; and up to 90 days for a hair follicle test. These times are only estimates since many other factors play a role in how quickly it gets out of your system (i.e.; weight, age, metabolic rate, etc). Oxycodon, or roxycodon? Opaque or white tablet with the number ten on one side and FL on it's other with a half mark.I don't know what it is exactly. what o.t.c. drug most resembles an oxy coidone 15 ## There are several Oxycodone tablets on the market, so the way they look would depend on who has manufactured them. In addition, since they all have a unique imprint to enable their identification, you are not going to find an OTC item that matches that. Are there any other comments or questions?
