I'm hoping someone has any sort of knowledge they can add here. I am currently on Workmans Comp and the claim is active. The WC insurance company has been paying for me to see my pain management Dr. and meds he prescribes for 6 months now. Initial visit I was prescribed 80 15mg Roxicodone. By the third visit he upped my count to 120. Delaware Medicare/Medicaid is starting a New law stating "Medicare/Medicaid patients who are being treated for Non-Cancerous Chronic pain are limited to 240 15mg Oxycodones per year and/or 60 30mg Oxycodone per year beginning March 1, 2012". My PM Doc said that because of this "after I give you this months dose, (120 15's which made everyday life manageable at best) you will be at your limit for the year." (120 in Jan. 120 in Feb.) h...

A couple of days ago, I was admitted to our hospital for severe stomach pains. I knew it was my gall bladder! So in the hospital they gave me dialudid and morphine. The morphine did not seem to work so they kept me on dialudid. Now they say it is stronger but I did not feel any of it. So now they changed me to the liquid form of oxycodone 80mg's. Does anyone know about this kind? I take 30mg's and have for almost two years. ## The liquid form of Oxycodone is very similar to that which is in the tablets, the liquid form of any medication just usually works much faster, since your stomach acid doesn't have to break it down. How has it been working for you?

Just a warning to all oxy and other narcotic pain relief users out there. Some of you may want to stop asking for ways to abuse (break down new formulas to inject or snort or wtf) the drug and just take it like it is meant to be taken (per doctors orders). It seems as though the FDA, DEA and other Law Enforcement in this country has decided THEY KNOW what is better for you than your own doctor. Time to write your congress person or other legislator to let them know your concerns. It is obvious that law enforcement is overstepping it's authority in an effort to make citizens of this country do things THEIR way, which (by the way) is not the way this country was founded I.E. constitutions, privacy laws, HIPA laws etc... oxycodone,I had Shoulder surgery I took 90, 5mg tablets over 9 days, how many days will I be sick? How sick? ## Oxycodone 5mg...I had Rotator cuff shoulder surgery 10 days ago I have taken 90 , 5mg pills over that time.I have just ran out of the Oxycodone. I am worried about how sick I can expect to be. I have Heart Arithymia and am worry about if I will get sick enough to trigger atril-fibrilation. ## Have you consulted your doctor? That's a lot of pills to take in such a short period of time and taking your medical condition under consideration, yes you could end up experiencing some serious ill effects, but only your doctor is going to be able to really help you in this matter.

Hi, does your company have a patient help program that provides medications at reduced or no cost for patients not working and without insurance? I have been using your generic oxycodone for quite some time for breakthrough pain. I use 250mcg/h fentynl and the manufacturer covers the cost due to my situation. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Im in pain managment. I get the 15 mg oxys. The thing is, I took more than I was supposed to , now i am short. Ok, I most likely will have to take a UA, I do have (7) of them left to take. This is the deal, I need to have them show up in my urine screening, so I have been hearing so much about the "level" that they check for , to make sure your doing right by your scripts. I am to take (2) 15's a day, should I just take them over a 3 day period before my doctors apt, or how should I take them to raise my level to make it look like I have been taking them like I should have? I think they check the urine test right there at the clinic, unless you fail they send them off to the lab. What are my best options, even worst case scenerio and they would just send the urine to the lab...

i received a em saying that the liquid oxycotion is the same before the op pills ## Yes, we have no information on the liquid formulations of Oxycodone being changed in any manner, it would be very difficult to try to do so, since time released mechanisms can't really be used with them. Are there any questions or comments?

are they discontinuing the drug ## No such information has been released by the FDA, however, there are areas that have had problems getting a supply of it in to fill customer prescriptions. Have you talked to your doctor about an alternative you can use in the meantime?

48/10 on one side the other has a v ## I could not pull up a picture, but I can verify that the pill which you are describing 48 10 V is in fact Oxycodone 5 mg, manufactured by Qualitest. I even checked the manufacturer's web site and they don't offer pictures. Did you want me to link to some pictures of other Oxycodone 5 mg pills? There are several others from different manufacturers... ## I found a pill that is blue and round it has a 5 on it and on the other side there is a z then a line then another z. Whwere to fill my rx of 112 30mg of oxycodone in jax fl today! ## Unfortunately, what any pharmacy has in stock, at any given time, can be very dynamic information, which means that even if we had access to it, they may use up their supply, before you could get there with your prescription. However, the best advice I can give you is to actually go to the pharmacies, with your prescription in hand to see if they can fill it for you. If you just call them, they have no way of knowing if you are a real customer with a legitimate need, or a potential thief, so they usually will not provide you with an accurate answer. Has anyone else had any luck finding them in Florida?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OXYCODONE AN OXYCOTTON? ## It would depend on what formulation of Oxycodone you are talking about. Oxycontin contains Oxycodone, but in a time released formulation, so the medication is slowly released. Roxicodone contains Oxycodone, but in a regular release formulation, this one is also available as a generic. OxyIR contains Oxycodone in an immediate release formulation and is available as a generic, as well. Is there anything else I can help with?

i was wondering if there a blank small white 5 mg pill ??? ## There is no blank Oxycodone tablet that is legally approved for sale in the U.S. Law requires all manufactured tablets in the U.S. to have unique imprints to enable their identification. If there are no markings, then the greatest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it is foreign tablet. what is the differance between oxycodone 10/60 IP206 inprint and 10/325 ip204 inprint. ## The difference is the amount of Acetaminophen in them, just as you posted. The pill with the IP 206 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. The pill with the IP 204 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I picked up my prescription of Oxycodone 30 Mg Imm Rel Tabs on 1.24.2012 at 4:30 pm. After counting them this (about 3:30 p.m.), I found out that I only have 17 left. There is no way that I could have consumed 12 or 13 tabs since yesterday. Could the pharmacy accidentally miscounted them? How do I go about finding out about this? I am extrremely careful in taking care of my pain medication. I am a chronic pain suffered after sustaining injuries 2 yrs. ago in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. Picked Up Generic For Oxycodone 10/325 Tylenol- White Oblong Pill With The Markings Only On 1 Side IP204 And Blank on opposite side. My friend took half a 10 mg Hydrocodone and half a 5mg Oxycodone. He has a urine test in 60 hours, he has never used these, it was his first time. He works out regularly and drinks water all the time and sweats will he pass? ## I'm assuming that you are referring to Hydrocodone is that correct? There are many drugs that begin with the prefix "hydro". Hydrocodone can take anywhere between 1-6 days to be out of one's system for a urine test, while Oxycodone can take as long as 3-4 days. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day will significantly help your body detox quicker. Is there any help available to help defray the cost of Oxycodone from Amnea. Iam unemployed due to accident at work . I am no longer on Workmens Comp. I currently have NO medical insurance also because of the prohibitive cost... ## There are no assistance programs for generic medications, since they are cheaper than the name brands by their very nature of being generics. And, at this time, I can't find an assistance program listed for the name brand, which could be Roxicodone, either. Have you tried checking prices at various pharmacies in your area? Your doctor may also have other ideas for alternatives that may be cheaper.

I have a script that says exactly: Oxycodone 5mg gle can anyone tell me what the gle means. I take it for pain associated with severe liver problems, even though I never drank alcohol ## I've been looking into this more, since seeing your other post and I believe it stands for the manufacturer Glenmark, they were approved to start manufacturing generic Oxycodone products in March of 2010. What are the markings on the tablets?
