I have seen so many different opinions and information about companies offering generic oxycodone and the differences in strength, and quality over other generic brands. I have also heard that the FDA allows from 12% to 20% variances in the active ingredient (oxycodone) in their pills. Which if i am understanding this correctly, they can be + or - 12 to 20% of the actual amount of oxycodone per tablet? Can someone with the expertise or knowledge (like a pharmacist or a doctor) explain this to us who have heard this and don't understand? I personally suffer with chronic pain from a construction accident 20 yrs ago in which my back was broken in 7 places along with a lot of muscle and nerve damage which has left me on disability and in chronic pain after 4 surgeries and 7 levels of my...

I found a zip lock bag with blue and white capsules in it with white powder inside and no kind of markings. ive read other posts about kinds of pills like this and they have said that it is oxycodone. I have never seen no kind of pills like that with no markings on it. HELP ME PLEAASE!! ## No need to panic, they are most likely something that's available over the counter. They are not required to have markings and there are many on the market that don't. That rules them out as being Oxycodone, but they could be any one of a very large number of OTC supplements or medications. The best thing to do would just to properly dispose of them. I got a prescription for oxycodone 5mg/5ml solution 1800ml total I am confused on how much is actually in the bottle . I understand that 5ml is equal to one percocet 5mg pill but on the bottle on the side of it it only goes up 300ml so if it has a quantity of 1800ml of formula in it how much is actually in a ml, mabye I am confused any info is greatly appreciated I have talk ed to the pharmacy but I am still confused. Surely there is a physician that understands Pain "Management" in the area. It is not just providing scripts, U/A's and treating patients like they are criminals. I have been a chronic pain patient off and on for over 20 years. I have voluntarily quit using opiates on several occasions. I remained opiate free each time until the pain really started interfering with the quality of life. I made it over 2 years on 1 occasion. I would like to find a physician that practices true pain management. I am 66 and have little, if any, respect for the fresh-faced PA's who sit behind their desks and threaten to kick you out because a pill count is 2 or 3 short. Sorry, I was in excruciating pain. Can a pharmacist just be quite and fill the script the doctor ordered for his patient.They lie to us and then fill freds script for the same thing and smile while they do it.We are tax paying citizens in pain and the DEA has made a real mess of everything. My spouse, who is in severe, chronic pain, has been a customer of Walgreens for many years. We live in Pinellas County, Florida. Everyday this week we have driven from Walgreen's to Walgreen's trying to fill his prescription for Roxicodone 30mg, to no avail. I cannot get any help from his regular pharmacy. I know that it's dangerous for them to tell a total stranger which store has them in stock, but I don't understand since they know him, why they can't call around or give us any assistance. I am somewhat confused. Can someone tell me the difference between MALLINCRKO 5/325 and ROXICET 5/325. I was getting ROXICET, and today I got MALLINCKRO. They both have the same markings(round with 512 on one side and nothing on the other side). I take 4 15mg Oxycodone per day but sometimes its green ones & the oblong white ones which dont seem to work as well. I have bad disc's in back, arthritis in all joints & neuropathy pain also. Due to continued back pain I have been using Oxycontin (10mg) as prescribed by my doctor. I am planning a holiday from my home in Australia to India after a short stopover in Singapore. I've got an mri reporty, and the mri itself on a cd, and live in southern louisiana. a lot of ppl used to go to houston, but the dea cracked down. I have building disc and stenosis in my neck. Plus compression fracture upper back. Arthritis and scoliosis. With meds I am able to exercise and keep good muscle tone and exercise does wonders for my depression for I'm also bipolar. I want to oxygenate my blood, have cell renewel and stay healthy. Without any of the oxycodone 20mg it takes 2to 3 days to mow the law, more time is spent laying on heat pad, upset stomach and pale because pain is so bad. I've tried to speak with several drs.on this and I'm told we prescribe no pain meds, its our policy. So I'm no longer looked at as an individual. What if the RP oxy tabs that are all the same color with just different numbers may be left over from a placebo study? I got some from a big pharm company that said ordering them was paperwork hell. Does anyone have any information about Oxytrex? I am currenly on oxycodone, 10 mg 3x a day. I want to start LDN (like 0.5 mg a day to start) but it appears I will have to completely come off the oxycodone first. But if theres a medication that combines he two maybe I don’t. My doctor tried 4.5 mgs on a patient and they had immediate withdrawals, but he isn’t sure that will happen to me on 0.5 mg. Does anyone have any links to the information from the drug trials, or what doses they are using?
